They messed up my order and I had to drive back there to get the right pizzas. They were polite and made my new pizzas as fast as they could after I came back

I had order pizza from other places. But this place is always my numer 1 option. Besides the pizzas the burning hot wings Are my always favorite. Prizes are good as well. Service no matter who is working always good.Vegetarian options: Well since I'm not 100% sure about this vegetarian folks. For my opinion a pizza with not meat on it. Is vegetarian enough. But each one their own.Kid-friendliness: My son loves wings but not too spicy. So always the mild Buffalo always his main choice.

I bought a pizza mainly because I love your hand tossed crust. When I took a bite I was like whats wrong with the crust? Is it old? Did they work the dough to much? Nope I realized they gave me a large supreme but put it on their thin crust. Needless to say I'm 90% about the crust. I was so disappointed. When you pay almost $30 for the pizza with tax, and delivery than add the gratuity (tip) on now I'm almost at $40. I really feel ripped off. If I'm spending that much money for a pizza it needs to be right. No excuses. After all l could have bought shrimp, crab or filet. at the grocery store and it would have bin less money than my disappointing pizza

Disappointing... mixed up my pizza orders twice. I was patient and kind with the person on the phone, but they never called me back when they said they would. Then, when I was ordering again at a later time, they mixed up my order again. I don't know if this is pizza hut as a whole or just this store, but my experience at this store has really been bad.

I like to know why does Pizza Hut on Old Shakopee road still has an employee that assaulted a customer last month and got arrested for it on the clock and still employed there, it doesn't look good for a company that allows that kinda behavior and the manager let's in slide by, I lived in the area for a very long time and I will not go to that pizza hut or have it delivered if you allow that kinda employees to work their it run by a bunch kids it seems

You guys SUCK… AGAIN!I ordered online - 2nd time in a row, specifically DELIVERY, and you “claim”… “oh! We show ‘pickup’”… then, tonight, when I call to ask to ring doorbell, girl recites my phone number… THEN, when NO ONE ever shows up, I call to make sure I’m not charged, they NEVER pick up… likely because they can see the phone number!SHADY AND DO NOT TRUST THIS PIZZA HUT

I just had the best pizza hut pizza of my life. It was lava-hot, the deep dish had just the right amount of chew, and the pepperoni was cooked to perfection. The crew at the Old Shakopee Rd location are bringing their A game this fine Black Friday evening.

Absolutely the worst experience with ordering a pizza ever. I kept getting email saying my pizza would be here at 9:50, I stood outside waiting, and the guy shows up at about 10:15, I tipped him nearly $10, which I shouldn't have, because the pizza was barely even cooked, pale in color and a floppy crust when it was supposed to be thin and crispy....and specifically asked for a well done pizza. I microwaved a piece, are it, and that's when I saw the tiny black bugs crawling in the box and on the pizza. I only saw two, but isn't even one too many? My neighbor just had the same experience last night....so gross!
Bloomington Pizza was amazing! The manager contacted me to verify my order after I asked to not have cheese on my pizza. Just above and beyond customer service! Will for sure be coming back and telling all my friends and neighbors to order from there!!

I know this place has bad reviews from the past but that was the old owners/staff that worked a while back. I gotta say I use to hate Pizza Hut I couldn’t stand it. Now that the new owner/staff took over oh my god it is so much different. I now love Pizza Hut and almost have it up to three times a week depending on the work week. The new owners or what not that took over are so friendly and my pizza is always hot and fresh. I’ve never had issues since and I just love ordering from here now. If you tried this place in the past and was dissatisfied I would definitely recommend trying this place again.

Now that the new owner/staff took over oh my god it is so much different. I now love Pizza Hut and almost have it up to three times a week depending on the work week. The new owners or what not that took over are so friendly and my pizza is always hot and fresh. I’ve never had issues since and I just love ordering from here now. If you tried this place in the past and was dissatisfied I would definitely recommend trying this place again.

I have always ordered for pickup and when I walk in it is ready to go. The food is hot and tastes amazing. This is one of the best pizza huts I've ever been to. They also keep it very clean unlike others.
