Me, my partner and our two kids dined at your restaurant on 7/27/22 to celebrate both mine and our daughters birthday. I had been wanting to try the new place and we were also motivated by the $30 off birthday offer on a Hibachi dinner. We let our server Sherly know that it was me and my daughter's birthday celebration dinner. My birthday was on 7/26 and our daughter's is on 7/30. We were extremely disappointed when we received our bill as she didn't include the $30 off birthday discount. Clearly you all are not being up front and transparent about this deal since your post doesn't state any exclusions. We ordered two adult Hibachi dinners. We questioned her on this and she told us that she was not able to honor the it because we needed to "print off the offer on paper and bring it in". Our server seemed irritated that we were disappointed since they would not honor the $30 off birthday deal to us. We were also charged for the "Birthday Fried Ice Cream" (see attached receipt) which was $9.95, and in the past this was always complimentary according to my partner. I will say that we thought the food was wonderful, our Hibachi chef was pleasant, and our server was nice up until we had questions about the charges on our bill. I just think this should have been handled better, so we didn't feel scammed. Our bill was $135.78 and we tipped our server $25.00. I should add that at the end of dessert we also ordered our girls each a Strawberry Japanese bottled soda. Sherly sarcastically asked "Can I just use the same card or do you not trust me?!?" She said it two more times after that with her voice getting louder and louder. It was very odd. I'd appreciate some sort of response regarding our disappointing experience.

Stopped in on a whim and split the Sushi for 2 boat with my spouse. Loved it! Great service and very nice dining experience. Will go back!

Had an outstanding experience here! They recently went through a name change, I wasn't here before but put this on your list. I started with an amazing Winter Roll, then had the Chicken fried rice on the Hibachi grill. Our chef was fun and did an excellent job. Can't wait to come back to order the wagyu steak!

Hibachi table is definitely the way to go. I've been 3 times. Twice we had it cooked in front of us and it was amazing, the third time we were in a booth. It was still good coming from the kitchen but had too much pepper and wasn't as good as the other times. The fried ice cream is great. & Una was a great server, very nice.

Great staff and great food for the most part. Will definitely be back!Only suggestion would be to have the ginger dressing in salad thicker (it was like flavored water poured over it)

Visiting from out of town with my husband and stopped by for a delicious Hibachi experience!! What made our experience even better was the stellar service from Jackie. We felt extremely welcomed, she was very attentive, and was interactive with our dining experience. To the management at the restaurant who are seeing this, Jackie is certainly an employee to keep around. If we’re ever back in town, it’s nice to know we have a restaurant to come back to!

They have taken over Osaka. They've done a few updates, and by the looks of it are still in the process of making more updates. We always sit at the sushi bar, which hasn't changed too much. The new menu is much more colorful, which is a fun change. Wondering if they'll bring back the old Happy Hour Menu.
Love the new place. I really miss the noodles with hibachi but the food is great. Cooked perfectly. Not as much of a show but the food is wayy better than before and worth it.

We went Samurai Sushi for a birthday party and had a great night. Food was excellent and service was great. The owner even gave us another table for our own cake time after Hibachi, which was really nice.Highly recommend the Sushi Boat for 2 or 4 person.
