Down sized the menu.food was not that good.The host dropped the menu on the floor and put it on the table.The waiter brought back chance in big bills smart.biger tip still tipped him. Don't recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

TERRIBLE!!! I came in at 8 pm on Sunday St. Patrick’s Day and was seated at the bar top tables across from the bar… LITERALLY, nobody said anything to me for 20 minutes… Just continued to walk past me over and over… I get you are busy but at least acknowledge me… I love Friday’s but will never come back to this location

out of towners that came for a late supper after shopping all day. we were staying in the connected hotel (which was lovely) so we figured we would save ourselves a trip and get dinner at the connected restaurant. right off the bat the host and hostess were incredibly hostile and ignorant. offered to seat us at the bar (we’re underage) and when we responded confused - but obliged - they stared at us for a good 30 seconds and made rude “shrugging” hand gestures, as if they were unaware of our response.we were told to wait for 15 minutes but not even 3 minutes later the hostess came back to tell us “she guessed she could seat us now” and took us somewhere completely different in the restaurant, which is fine, but just incredibly unprofessional.we were served by our waiter who introduced himself by informing us that he did not want to work and had chosen the worst night, which left a bad taste in our mouths and made us feel like an inconvenience for dining at their open restaurant, as if we were not welcome. he recommended food that was incredibly underwhelming and was overall just very passive aggressive with us the whole evening. we finished our dinner and got the bill, but since we were from another country we were unfamiliar with the system of payment. we told him we were not from the united states and he responded that we should have told him that earlier, again, making us feel unwelcome and a hindrance.when we gave him our credit cards to pay, he walked over to the booth and stood with another waiter for close to 5-7 minutes while continuously looking over his shoulder at us. when he brought back our cards he threw the bills down on the table for tips, and told us to “fill out the sheet” before completely disappearing without exchanging any casualties - important to note, he did not leave us a pen or any instructions of the expectations of us with these receipts despite already being made aware of the fact that we were not from the states and were not sure what to do with their payment system.we understand that this was the saturday before st patricks day, so naturally a bar and grill would be busier than usual, but we feel that this is no excuse for the terrible service we received this evening and we will not be returning at this - or any other - location due to this unpleasant experience.shoutout to the manager for giving us his pen, probably the best part of our evening spent there.

Foods cold, bad service, 30 bucks for sampler...skimpiest sampler I've ever had. The hostess yelled at us for taking a ketchup off another table after waiting for ranch for 25 min. Never did get that ranch.

Came after working 15hrs. Always great bar service. Wanted the fish dinner so I could make 2 fish sands. The bartender Jeff told me about a new blackened fish sand. Got home & it was exactly what I wanted. ++++

Sorry folks, not coming back. Brought my Mom and husband in, and while her food and my husband's food was okay, mine was under cooked. It took forever to get it replaced so I pretty much sat and watched everyone else eat. I ended up taking it home. No comp or discount on the bill. Server seemed like she didn't care.

First I’d like to say that Dylan was awesome! It was my first time visiting Minnesota and considering we haven’t had a TGI Fridays in New Jersey in years… he definitely made it a memorable experience! Love him!Things quickly changed at closing time when the bartender began to yell rude comments to the remaining guests about getting out of the restaurant. As we were standing up and getting our things together she proceeded to come over threatening “finish y’all drinks now or I’m dumping them out” .. I let her know that it was rude being as though I manage a restaurant myself. She then proceeded to tell me that her manager told her to say it, while the manager sat there looking from the bar and then walked in the kitchen. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. also really weird that their employees can sit around the bar drinking and on their phone. Absolutely disappointing and I will be posting a review on every social media platform I have considering management was okay with this.

A group of friends, and I stopped in on a Saturday for some drinks and apps for going to a work function. The server did all he could. However, he was only one person and the service was incredibly slow from the time we ordered our drinks to when we got them Was almost 40 minutes all of our food came out before we got drinks. My understanding was that the bartender was filling in for someone that did not show up however, his priority was definitely the bar and not making anyone else is drinks. There was no sense of urgency from any member of management that we saw, nor did anyone come over to apologize For the delay, even though there was clearly management in the building. This was a place we used to frequent often and it is somewhere. I definitely would not want to go back to.

Placed order for plain grilled chicken sandwich- not what received, my family finished their meal before i got my order. Then they brought my order without the bbq sauce on the side. So i ate some fries and chicken off bun. Needless to say terrible meal experience. Then they only compensated me with 1/2 off. Do not recommend - go somewhere else
