Wonderful person working the front asked me how I was as soon as I walked up. The food is fantastic, fulfilling but not heavy. The fries are baked, and feel almost like a baked potato.The hummus may be one of my favorites I’ve ever had. I know what you’re thinking, sounds kinda overselling it. Just try it, get some bread, dig in. I was in the mood for something light and fresh and had the avocado tomato salad, and OMG soo good! I'm not typically a big fan of raw red onions but the flavors andd spicing of this dish were PERFECT! I can't wait to try everything

I had a long layover at Minneapolis airport so I odered from Vitali's on Doordash. The food was excelent and got a here very quickly. I had a personal eggplant pizza and it was really good and flavorful. The texture was still great even though I was not eating it totally fresh. I would highly recommend them!
