I was there about 10 minutes ago, early on a Sunday. No other customers there, but still waited at the drive through for someone to respond. Finally placed my order of two items. The man who "helped" me just grabbed the card then handed me my food, never saying a word. I don't expect to be worshipped, but a "hello" is normal human custom. Finally, when I drive away and sip my drink I realize that he gave me a caramel drink - which I did not order. It promptly went in the trash.

Utter IncompetenceI decided to completely change my review. There is no longer ANY reason to go this location. They don't listen. They don't pay attention. At times, I wonder if they know use their equipment.Example: I ordered a sandwich without lettuce and tomato. They added lettuce and tomato. Another sandwich: ketchup only. They added pickles. This makes no sense.With all the other fast food choices on Lyndale Ave, there is no reason whatsoever to choose this establishment. Don't make my mistake. Go next door to White Castle instead.

I think this is the best Wendy's around in the StaTE.. if anybody argues about that.. hopefully when the Wendy's over on excelsior avenue in Hopkins gets better looks like it's getting a new storefront ...c cuz whoever is hiring the people over the weekend and at nights get some new employees please the gang members

I stopped going to this Wendy’s location for a while because they were always out of some it item or the bread was usually stale. Decided to give it a try again and two weeks in a row they can’t scan my app. The first time I wasn’t really given a reason, this week the internet is down. I drive by and notice that they are never really busy, no wonder as to why anymore. Definitely won’t be visiting this location anymore. Looking at other reviews tells me I’m not alone. Management needs to seriously take a look at making changes.

When I walked into the store the employees didn't even care to acknowledge me or even care to take my order so I left without even able to order anything and I was in there for 10 minutes waiting for them to acknowledge, I was there trying to order food.

I went and two biggie bags and everything fresh. They did not put my nuggets in either bag and then I called and nobody answer the phone. This is why I don't do fast food. I will be calling tomorrow to talk a general manager. Service very poor then they rush you to order.

At this location they don't follow simple directions I specified what I wanted on my meal and when I arrived home I later learned that they did not add the specifcations that I so kindly ask for and this is the second time. This is unacceptable but people make mistakes..........
