Really really good pizza! Nice crispy crust, and good flavor.I tried a cider, it went perfectly with the pizza too.Game cards make it easy to play games, all the games worked well, no issues.The owner was really friendly and ensured the atmosphere was amazing. I highly recommend checking this place out, I know I'll be back the next time I'm in town!!

At first impression, we were slightly taken back, but don’t let that fool you!! We were visiting Brainerd and looking for something fun for food and entertainment. There was an hour wait on the pizza (very busy), but we had the arcade plus a very nice coffee shop a block away. My wife, parents and teenage kids had a BLAST in the arcade! Especially the clown knock down game (Down the Clown). We set the record for the day of 600!Then the pizza came. Oh my, we all said the same thing: the pizza was FANTASTIC!!!! My dad is typically the critical one, and he couldn’t stop talking about the taco pizza. My wife and I shared the Big Kahuna.Highly recommend!! The price was good and everything else was awesome.

Soo my husband and I are new to Brainerd and wanted to go somewhere fun on Valentine's Day. We decided on a Big Jay's Pizza Arcade since bith of us havent been to an arcade in YEARS!We walked in and were welcomed warmly by Haley. She was kind, super helpful and friendly! She helped us with our order and told us how to load credits onto the prepaid card system and overall was super wonderful! I found myself going back to her specificly when I had questions because of how efficient and kind she was!It was decently busy there tonight but every staff member we encountered was helpful, positive and efficient! The taco pizza I had was delish and exactly what I wanted!Overall, our experience was so great! Lol we ended up buying a Big Jay's t-shirt and decided that we will definitely be back mostly in part to the wonderful service we recived!Thank you BIG Jay's staff for making our Valentine's Day special! ❤️

Yes we did try a pickle pizza at Jays. I would have like to see more pickles per slice. It Avery clean and inviting. The service was what I expected. I do not like Canadian bacon but did not realize it was going to have it on a pickle pizza. I will read more careful next time. Loved the amount of cheese used. I love cheese I have a 4 rating because I did not like the Canadian bacon. We also ordered a Hawaii and it had Canadian bacon which was requested. I picked off the bacon off both. Will ask for pepperoni on my pickle pizza or just pickled snd more of them.

I may have missed the info on pizza options and details on the website, but we found the full menu on social media. Ordered the Dill Pickle Pizza, phenomenal! They didn't skimp on pickles and the crispy bacon they topped it with brought the whole thing together. Pepperoni, Sausage with Extra cheese was solid. We will be repeat customers.Parking: It would be nice to have a spot reserved for order pick-up. Other than that, I have no real issues with parking.

Typical modern arcade- no quarters required as a preloaded card system is in play. (Pun not intended)Not my kind of place, by any means, but my 11 year old LOVED it. He was content with his pizza and wings, which were reasonably priced and decent quality. I had a chicken salad, it was a deli style salad, nothing special but their house made ranch is really good!The arcade kept him happily occupied for 2 and a half hours, not bad for $40 of points.I noticed tons of groups with private dining rooms available for rent. It was packed on a Saturday afternoon. Be mindful of this if your planning a short visit- wait times can be longer at peak times.They do offer beer and wine, for you who are brave enough to indulge with dozens of children orbiting about.Street parking.Kid-friendliness: Geared towards young kids to teens.
