Very good, clean efficient store.Been a while since I ordered a BIG Fish sandwich meal. How insulting that they call it a BIG sandwich. I had no idea that Burger King has shrunk the size of the fish sandwich. So disappointed in the BK Fish sandwich. I don't think that I will ever order a fish sandwich from BK again.Shame -----

How hard is it to follow instructions on an online order? They didn't leave off the mayo on the burger like I told them too, and they didn't put any pickles in the wraps.

Cashier got our order wrong today and when my husband went back with the wrong burgers to have them correct it they refused because he didn't bring back the entire order, including every fry! They accused him of trying to steal food, threatened to call the cops on him and the guy from the back tried to fight him. The manager told him it was my fault because i didnt check the bags. I countrd the number of sandwiches and got out of there way. She also told him that I was "real chipper" and my only interaction with this woman was When she gave us our bags I said I didn't need any of the paper towel she was twisting around her wrist and shoving I to our bags. She said "Just in case!" And Continued putting bathroom paper towel in our last bag. I said "no thanks I don't need anymore garbage to through away." Took them out and put them on the counter. The guy in back was shouting at another female costumer from. The back as ae waited for our food. I feel like they are busy and tired, understaffed and under stocked but they really should try to work o. Their customer service. It's very lacking. They refused to give their names so he could talk to someone else about the situation

The only reason I eat at BK anymore is the whopper. Their fries have gone WAY down hill. The sizes have shrunk and the prices have gone up. This particular store is SLOOOOOW to get you your food. I've waited 30 minutes in the drive through only to be asked to hold on a minute. Where I waited another 10 minutes and never did. Get my order placed soI left.and went to McDonald's where I was served promptly
