Service was horrible, didn’t tell me they were out of Gravy when I ordered it. The Gravy being the main part I dip every pice of my meal in. They gave me ranch and expected me not to notice i didn’t until I drive a mile away, I drove back and they said “yeah we don’t have gravy this late so we just gave you ranch”, if they would’ve told me that I would’ve never wasted my money.4 times in a row I had a bad experience now, this last time I will not return to this dq, it’s embarrassing how bad it is

Absolutely awful. Went in last night to order dinner. Waited at the counter for 10 min and no one acknowledged I was even there. I walked out and went to McDonald's where I received great customer service and was on my way with my to go order in less than 10 min. Get it together DQ , you are losing business to the golden arches across the street.

Save your money... never any staff at the front counter, and getting anyone there from the back is a huge inconvenience to them. Dirty floors, drive-through is always a terrible wait, and staff has NO CLUE about service! It's like you are an invonvenience to them by being there.
