Went here based on recommendations from locals, so I had high hopes of really good pizza. This, unfortunately, was not the case. In fact, it took other patrons to give us a menu. One door leads you by the bar with no signage what to do, and the other door apparently had the directions (take a menu and order at the bar), which is not the door we entered. When nobody greeted us or was standing at the bar for a good 10 minutes, we walked to the bar to order but still waited. I'm guessing the employee was on break, which is fine. It was just confusing without a sign or a bell for service.Either way, we ordered the vegetarian pizza, which was sharable size plus the cheesy bread. There was nothing special about the pizza, in our opinion. We each had 2 slices and one slice of the cheesy bread and threw the rest away. It wasn't worth taking home the leftovers.The bar was clean, and we both really liked the vibe of being in an old railroad station, and restrooms were clean too.Limited meatless options, as I would've loved to try a veggie or bean burger.Location/aesthetic 10/10.Food 6/10.Service - confusing without signage at both doors

Wonderful night out experience! Our first time here and will be back! Excellent food …. Unique flavor profiles with quality ingredients! Loved the burger blend!! The shrimp appetizer was amazing also! Service was attentive and friendly! Loved the warehouse feel to the decor!

I had heard good things about Notch 8 Chow House, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, after my visit, I was pretty disappointed. I feel like their food and service is subpar. This is a place, where despite its look of a sit down restaurant, you have to order your food and drink at the counter. Fill up your own pop, grab your own to-go containers, and pay at the register versus having your tab brought to you. I feel like that is the the same service you get at a fast food joint. That’s fine if that’s the service you want to offer but I’m not tipping someone, who only takes my order and that’s it. Not only that but I wasn’t even asked how my food was by the servers. I was never checked on once after they delivered my food. I ordered the “Hawaiian Wrap” which is described to have Thai chili chicken and ginger lime aioli in it. This wrap had none of those flavors. It tasted like chicken salad dowsed in liquidity runny mayo-based dressing that was dripping out of the wrap. Maybe their pizza and burgers are better! There’s lots of other places I would go to before coming here again.

I had the bacon bbq burger it was excellent. Pay the $2 for the sweet potato waffle fries. The food and service ( order at the counter) was good.

This was our first time eating here and it’s a really nice place. It’s a fun atmosphere. I didn’t realize it’s like a sports bar. We all enjoyed our food. I ordered the Philly burger with a gluten free bun. It was a really good gluten free bun. My husband had the dill burger which was on special and he really enjoyed it.
The burger was delicious! The sign at the entrance explains exactly what to do which I appreciated. Nothing worse than going into a place and not knowing the etiquette. After a few minutes of looking at the menu, I got my order placed at the counter. The staff member was helpful and showed me where to get my water and told me to just let her know if it wasn't working. My burger was ready in about 15 minutes or so. Not a long wait and it tasted amazing. No complaints at all. Left full, and happy I stopped by.

This is the 2nd time we've eaten here. Both times everything was excellent. Great selection of food items. We've had the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the Philly cheese burger. The burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. This place could definitely hold up to any of Guy Fieri's Diners, Dives, and Drive-ins. It was truly that good. The atmosphere takes you back in time. It is located in a historic Northern Pacific rail yard. They're just getting off the ground and renovating the complex. The history there is incredible. They're doing a great job. Truly worth going to, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy.

Was one of my favorite places when it opened it was the place we would bring out of town guests to visit for meals! The last couple times extremely disappointing, horrible service, and the food was not at all what it used to be! Hoping for improvement!
