I'm a biscuits and gravy fiend, and this place helps me get my fix. Any time I get the hankering for breakfast while I'm working in Baxter/Brainerd, The Skillet is at the top of my list. It's family run and the waitresses are always very friendly. Typical diner is on the menu but is done well. There is limited seating and sometimes can be very crowded, but service is quick. Plenty of parking can be found behind the building.

You CAN NOT GO WRONG eating here! The all day breakfast was phenomenal my husband and I were in heaven we bothwere literally saying mmmmm every time we took a bite the cooks were the BESTEVER❤️? Our server Megan was AMAZING and totally friendly we were treated so kindly we will definitely be back❣️Thank you The Skillet

Small, quaint, unassuming breakfast cafe that happens to have some of the best breakfast food in the area. The skillets are HUGE, big enough to feed the hungriest. The diner is small and it does take a bit for your food to come out when they are fully seated. But, the wait is worth it! Prices are fair.
