Not a bad place just incredibly slow ,we use the mobile app order ahead drive 10-20 minutes and our food still isn’t done ,even on days they absolutely are not busy ,we’ve probably ordered through the mobile app 30 times since we moved here months ago and I think our food has been ready twice on arrival ,we even ended up waiting 45 minutes one time after we’d already arrived and it’s because they “forgot” our order was just stickered to the line and never made

Lied about order being ready, ignored me for five minutes. Then only did they start making my food, and then they shorted me food. I understand as a service worker myself, but oh my lord. That was just absolutely ridiculous. I know it’s only food, but if I’m paying money for something, I’d like everything I put on my order. There was no one behind me, no reason to short my food. If I could give you guys 0 stars I genuinely would. I mean it’s not just this time you guys have done very poorly. Get it together.

Went in for dinner with my family and they were out of bread, went in a few nights later after work and they were all out of rotisserie chicken. The employee told me he didn’t wanna go take out another container of it. So emailed management and got a snarky reply that their computer said they still had some and that I assumed they were out. This store is a joke.

This store could be a model for new employees to train in. It was spotless..including the restroom. The employee fixing our food was fast and efficient and very focused and good at making both sandwich and salad. Asking questions if it wasnt clear what we wanted. Her name started with a D like Daniken or something like that! It was a name spelled differently. We go to a LOT of subways cause I eat vegan. This was the best I have seen, and I told her so. She has been there since she was 14 and she deserves a raise in salary and needs to be a trainer cause hardly anyone is as good as she was!

Meh....I ordered a protein bowl. I had to ask 2 times for her to please add more lettuce and spinach. Each time, she added maybe 4 leaves of spinach and a large "pinch" of shredded lettuce. The chicken was measured out and lacking...well chicken. I understand that product is expensive right now. I buy groceries too. But I am paying you for that meal. I'd expect to have at least the bowl filled half way. I was disappointed to say the least. The staff were friendly and the place was clean but I wasn't real impressed with my meal. I won't go back

There was a wait but skylar held up great and did an amazing job. She was all by herself and it was insanely busy. GIVE THIS HARD WORKING GIRL A RAISE. She was patient and sweet the whole time. :)

Went in today, a worker was making 2 sandwiches. Said she would be right with us. We stood and watched her take 5 min to put chicken (already heated, cheese and bacon one sandwich had not even started the other one.. There was no one else there. We left. McDonald's got our money.
