“I was going to be in the area and looked up a new place to try. I have never heard of Slim's but it looked good and it was on my way home. I was pleasantly surprised by this chicken bowl! It's probably the closest chicken and rice dish I've had outside of the famous Manhattan screen cart (IYKYK)! The chicken is flavorful and cooked well, the rice is good AND my favorite part was the white sauce! It all just goes so well together. The fries were ok, guessing they would have been better if I had them fresh, but by the time I got them home they were cold and soggy. The seasoning was good.“

Two self-serve touch screens, a very clean dining room, well stocked and clean condiment area, and clean restrooms (you have to be buzzed in because it's not open to the public which I like).Ordered Chlaupa Combo. Upgraded the taco to the Locos taco shell. My! Whoever built my taco did a fabulous job. The taco was intact and the ingredients weren't just slapped on like other places. The beef was moist and fresh and the vegetables were fresh too. Tasted very delicious.Ate the Chicken Chalupa at home, 2 hours later. Heated the chalupa on pizza mode (hint: keeps the shell crisp) and the shell was crisp and the ingredients were fresh. Once again, it was built perfectly. The vegetables weren't slapped on! “Drive thru was incorrect i ordered a double fish with cheese well done. What I got was a regular fish sandwich. I was willing to pay the diffence and wait for the mixup. “I always expect Popeyes to have the best chicken but to also mess up my order; however, at this location everything was perfect!My order came out correct, the food tasted good, and when I asked for tea without ice, they complied but warned me the tea was warm. I hate watered down tea and was glad they listened to me and was appreciative that they were also considerate enough to tell me it was still hot.Great store! I’ll definitely return.“
“The young lady who is in there tonight just started her job back 4 days ago and she was the only one on the cashier and sandwich making she did an excellent job and I left her a $13 tip great experience but she needs help she can't do it all by herself even though she did excellent“
“Personally, I hate chipotle with a passion. This place is the exception. The food is good, actually good. Whenever I try other chipotle's, they are either extremely bland or burn on of the ingredients. This area has consistently been better than other chipotle's. If your scared of "ghetto" area's then grow up and get some good food from here.“
