Check your bag before you leave. I ordered 2buff slider, 4 roast beef sliders, 2roast beef and cheddar and an 8pc of jalapeno poppers. I got 2 buff sliders and 4 roast beef sandwiches and 2bronco sauces. $13 short of the food that I ordered. Disappointed to say the least and this location is usually pretty good. ?

This was the worst experience in my whole life.I would like to report this to corporate.I ordered a Ruben LG fries and Mac n cheese bites. I wanted the 5 for 5 roast beef but the young unexperienced clerk said I needed the coupon. When I paid for the food, she told me to pull my vehicle around the corner. There was NO business until they walked my bag out 15 minutes later with NO fries in it. The old male doubted that i paid for them. And 5 minutes later i got SMALL pieces of curly fries they were cold hard like they were the pieces left in the area they fill the fries. The total bill was $15The Mac n cheese was dark that tasted burnt no fries and no roast beef sandwiches. I told him that I will be reporting this terrible service and that the young girl @ the window needed more training or should not be working there???I HAVE NEVER... IN MY LIFE.... BEEN TREATED SO BADLY, NEVER!Parking: I felt like they were embarrassed to have a nice 2019 white Chevy sliverado parked by the window.I have never been asked to pull around at any fast food place? To be out of sight?Kid-friendliness: What friendliness?He doubted my honesty about the large french fries? I had paid for???

Went through the drive thru ordered two meals and an 8 piece jalapeño poppers. Was met by rude service and was told to wait for my entire order until the jalapeño poppers were done… I was directed to pull forward to the doorway, after waiting in excess of 10 minutes for the order, I had to go in to pick up my order!!! And btw, not a single pack of horsey nor Arby’s sauce were in the bag…. Very pathetic at this location. All the other food was cold except the jalapeño poppers which held up the rest of our meals.No brains at this location.

Arby's is so underrated but also a little pricier than others. Having said that, everything they make is awesome! I think I've tried everything on their menu at least once... and have not been disappointed once.They have one of, if not the best, fish sandwich out there. Their special spicy menu items are always spot on impressive!Their only downfall, is their restaurants seem very dated and some items barely work, e.g. their sauce dispensers, soda machines, etc. Most days, their servers are spot on, but others, they seem like they're dreading their day.

Had a horrid first experience at arby’s with some friends a while back. Service was slow and rude despite us being the only car in the drive thru. The person who gave us our food didn’t even bother to look at us while handing the bag. But all of that could’ve been overlooked if you food was just good. To no one’s surprise, it was horrible. One of our curly fries had hair attached to it? Absolutely unforgivable, will never visit again.
