This is hands down, absolutely my favorite Caribou in this general area! The quality of food and service, no matter what I order (which changes a lot) is stellar. Extremely friendly, happy, smiling baristas. The fireplace is so cute and there is plenty of seating all the way to the back of the store. I like that they sell juices and other healthy snack items too. The gluten free breakfast options are so delicious.
Tried the new malted mocha. It was soooo good. Like a malt meets hot chocolate .... adult deliciousness.Dietary restrictions: Didn't use it today but im so obsessed with the option of different milk options, the no dairy options are heaven

Love caribou but this Edinburgh location service disappoints most of the time if you order mobile pick up. I understand if they're busy it might take longer than the 5 minutes stated in the app, but they don't bring the order out to the pickup station when it's ready. They just leave it sitting behind the counter until maybe they notice you standing around waiting.
