I love the cobb salad. But why in the world are they still using styrofoam cups for soft drinks? I have to bring my own water bottle so as not to further soil the planet. Switch to paper cups like everyone else, folks!

This is the second time in a row they’ve forgotten food that we’ve paid. When I called to ask for some sort of compensation, they tried to convince me to sign up for their app and that I can come back (after driving all the way home with a hungry kid) and get the food they missed. Not trying to be a Karen but man… I feel stupid for trying them again.

We ordered ahead of time to pick up at the counter on the app because we didn’t want to wait. The app said it would start our order “in real time” as we approach the Chick-fil-A so it would be ready. Our order didn’t even start until we got to the chick fil a, 15 minutes after we ordered defeating the purpose of ordering ahead entirely. We got our order after an additional 15 minute wait in store and got home and didn’t have all of the chick fil a sauce that we ordered so one of use had to go without sauce.
