After attempting to peel the shrimp, it just melted into my hand! I told them the issue, but apparently this is what this type of shrimp is known for? Never going back. Don't waste your time. Overpriced.

I've been wanting to come here for a while and tonight we went for my Granddaughter's birthday dinner. All the fried appetizers were great. Calamari, Gator, wings, and the Catfish was really good. Disappointment we're that they only had Sprite, Dt Md Dew, and Dt Pepsi. And water. My daughter-in-law ran to a store and got us pop we wanted. It's not as big as it appears on FB but good seating. Three employees. One waiting tables and greeting. Another in the kitchen putting out all the food and one who seemed to bus and bring out some of the food when done. Great selection of seafood. But my real disappointment was it was over cooked and on the soft side of firm. I'm sure this wasn't normal and it could be ordering for a party of 8 and/or one person cooking. I don't know. While being let down on the seafood we had a great time. Extremely friendly atmosphere. And the has the STEELER game on. Big bonus points there. I want to return again. And I will

Oh wow! Didn’t think that i would find awesome cajun food in MN. Po boy was great. A lot of stuffing. The bread was soft and crunchy. Cat fish filets was awesome. The fish is not fishy at all— sign of freshness and cooked to perfection!

Great food. Very much affordable for what it is. The service is on and off. Really depends on who you get. All in all, still great food and good pricing. Definitely recommend to try out and could be a contender for hidden gem.

My cousin thought this was the Cajun boiled that she had ate before but turns out it was the wrong one. We decided to give it a try since we were there already.Let me tell you this place has the worst Cajun boiled ever! Never thought you could go wrong with seafood. But this place proved me wrong.I order a pound of crawfish, shrimp and mussels. Along with corns, potatoes and sausages. The only thing that tasted good was the potatoes and the sausages. Everything else was mushy af!The shrimp was mushy, the mussels were mushy, the crawfish was mushy and the corn was even mushy. It tasted like it was old and it was reheated.Let’s not forget to mention. The crawfish were dirty and they were the tiniest crawfish I’ve ever seen. Mussel were small too!The staff was very nice but she never came back to check on us or even refill our drinks. Don’t go here unless you want to get sick because I did. Came home and threw up a couple of times. Not going back even if it was the last Cajun boiled in MN.

One of my absolute favorite Cajun places in the Minneapolis area! The staff is always very nice and friendly, I’ve always had good service! You HAVE to try the garlic bread with the Coco dipping sauce, it is to die for!! The seafood is always very flavorful and cooked well, I usually get crawfish, crab legs and the mussels. The chicken wings are cooked SO well and crispy and great seasoning.Because they are a smaller store they occasionally run out of choices or sometimes shipments of the sea critters gets so that is a bit of a bummer but that has never stopped me from going there! I highly recommend trying this place out!

I was pretty excited to try the place out and was...mildly disappointed. It wasn't garbage (though I tend to avoid calling any food that), but lacked the general quality I'm used to from cajun cuisine. Though, I only had their seafood, and cannot vouch for their chicken. In spite of that, the food was still acceptable and all the workers were extremely kind. They even offered to let me order something else when I disliked what I ordered, but I didn't come to get free food and complain. They're a well run local business, and if the stuff I order next time is a better experience, I'll definitely bump it up from a 3.

The staff is very friendly...but the last several times I've called for oysters, none available. The hours they indicated their open isn't consistent. I've been disappointed several times, but what I've ordered didn't disappoint.

I was interested in the seafood but the store won't do half and half for a combo, so I tried the Cajun gator, I used to get the gator sauté at the state fair, but this Cajun gator is much better!

I took both of their gumbos to go and tried both and .....just pure salt! It was so salty I could not enjoy it...it was floating in a sea of salt is what I felt. That's not the way to make tasty gumbo.

It was great love the variety and fries are awesome

Don't know why this place was named one of the best places to get Cajun seafood. Sauce was okay, I got mine medium spice and there was literally no spice to it. It was also a little bland. However, I did like the oysters and the staff was nice.
