I was driving home and the family decided to get pizza from Dominoes. I'm driving so I couldn't use the app, so I called. The first call, I wait about 2 mins, and the line hung up. No problem, I just called right back. The 2nd time, a guy answered the call and he asked me to repeat my phone # several times before he got it right. I could tell that he was getring guidance from someone as I gave him my order details. Once I gave him the order, the phone hung up again.I was furious by this time, because by now, I am in the parking lot at the store. So I pull up my app and places my order successfully. When I walked in the store, I was greeted by a guy that indicated he was the store Mgr. I told him I had a bad experience and he just said "Oh, I"m sorry" very non-chalant. He retrieved my paid pizza, handed it to me and turned away. I didn't just let that go. I said, I was hung up on 2x's and obviously very frustrated. Did you hear me? Is this training day or what. I made a comment "You almost lost a customer to Papa Johns tonight". He said "So- I can't stop you from going to Papa Johns, so here's your pizza". Then walked away again.So my recommendations are to order from Papa Johns, because they care about customer experience!

I have ordered many times from this dominos and I almost had to learn the store and figure out what they consistently screw up on in order to get my food nice.Make sure to order extra sauce cause they never give you enough. Don't bother ordering dips, they forget it each time. Oh and make sure to order extra cheese otherwise you get scraps. Overall not wonderful experiences but not horrible. Don't order during rush hour either. Stick to late night dinners. Not to mention it was easy learning this store because I work at another. It was easy to see the flaws so im making sure to let yall know.

I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with the ongoing incompetence and disrespect displayed by the staff at the Domino's location on 9322 Zane Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443. This is not the first time, but the second instance, where your employees have mishandled customer orders and treated us with rudeness. Despite paying for my takeout order and receiving a notification that it was ready for pickup, I arrived at a chaotic scene with numerous customers waiting for their orders. Upon inquiry, I was informed that my order was lost, and instead of offering a solution, I was simply told it would be "voided." This response is unacceptable. I demand a refund for the order I never received, and I insist that this matter be rectified immediately. I refuse to patronize this location any further and expect prompt action to resolve this issue. Your employees' behavior of slamming food and equipment during rushes is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This type of behavior not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also poses a safety risk to customers and employees alike. It is imperative that you take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all staff members are trained to handle busy periods with professionalism and respect. Customers should never feel intimidated or unsafe while patronizing your establishment. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and employees. Do better!

First time ordering Domino's since we moved to Brooklyn Park. Good deal on the app for a large 2-topping carryout for $6.99. Was a little wary of the high estimate on the tracker (25-40 minutes) but it was ready for pickup within 15-20 minutes. Order was correct and pizza was good; really pleased. Thank you!

Waited about 80min. Granted it was a Friday night, but the online order said half hour wait time. When we got our pizza, it was baked to perfection. However, it had cheese and my spouse cannot have cheese. We ordered it no cheese so they gave us the pizza free and gave us our next pizza free too. We don't usually run into difficulty here so maybe they are just very short staffed or something.
Used to my favorite location and good service now I don’t know if manager is same as old time or not …I ordered 3 pizzas different toppings…but after I opened it is not what I ordered told manager about it told me take or leave it I told him I wanna take two as it is said no he is very rude and ignorant because of him I and my family stop buying any pizza from dominos be careful If you order any food from this location

Just wanted to share my very positive experience after seeing some recent negative reviews. Just placed an order tonight for a few different things. One of the items was free with a coupon from a recent order, which was really nice. We placed the order on Wednesday night and it arrived on time, everything was made correctly and it was well made. The delivery driver was super nice. Overall, it was a really awesome experience and I wanted to pass on my gratitude. Thank you!
