The food was okay for a buffet style; however there are bullet holes in the windows and rat traps on the floor, and as you immediately walk in you sit yourself.Definitely would not be returning unfortunately.

Could have been cleaner. The service was quick. Delicious pizza. Place was a little disorganized at the food bar. The pizza is worth the trip.Kid-friendliness: Good pizza. Real cheese and meat. The sauce is perfect for all. The buttered crust...yummy.

Had to take a sec to say how delicious and tasty my favorite, beef and green olive pizza is! Brings back memories from the 90’s. So flavorful, two thumbs

There are many choices for pizza in the Twin Cities metro. Many are très chic, poised in neighborhood's known for ridiculous rent. Some even, health conscious. Imagine that, healthy pizza. Wanting "healthy pizza" may be the product of a myopic dystopian society yet thankfully nostalgia has a cure. Godfathers's pizza in Brooklyn Park is worth a ride in a trans-temporal Delorean yet doesn't require one. This blast from the past is so good, it reminds you of things generation-x and their boomer parents got right. The cheese is real people. So real, it's salt content is hypertension-tastic. The sausage tastes like Italian sausage, not bland AI generated tofu. The jumbo size pie has crust that is crunchy, moist, yet easy to chew. Most chains serve something like prewarmed dough. Not here. The ambience is aged but it has aged well like that one girl from your 20 yr class reunion all the guys are now, super nice to. Pricing is very reasonable. When you pay for the buffett, the staff takes requests for pies. When you've overdone it at the buffett they don't have a golf cart to get you back to your vehicle but they should. The bathroom's are small but they were from a time before mobile phones ruined public bathrooms. It's a bathroom not a multimedia library. The soda machine is ancient so it works. The salad bar is exactly what Midwestern folks think a salad is and yes, has chocolate pudding. God bless America and Italy for that matter. Staff isn't rude and pools tips from counter but doesn't make you feel like a complete pariah for not tipping 800%. Classic and a great value. Hope you last another 30 years.Parking: Decent HC parking.

The best Taco Pizza anywhere. We get the buffet and request Taco Pizza. The salad bar is smallish but acceptable. The dessert pizza is excellent as well. When the Taco Pizza gets placed on the buffet a line forms. I often wonder why it is not an automatic staple for the buffet. It usually disappears in under three minutes. My mouth is watering as I recall our lunch. The service is good although the interaction is very minimal. The atmosphere has not been updated since the late 1980’s. I’ve been a Godfather’s patron, at various locations, since it began in the 1970’s (after the movie). I will always find a way to get there for the Taco Pizza but an update is long overdue. The current look is not kitschy like an old diner, but depressing like a rusted car. The vehicle still functions to get you from place to place, but you wonder for how much longer. I fear the building owner will raze it and rent to a more modern eatery which is not what we want. Even the asphalt in the parking lot has crumbled and the lines disappeared. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Godfather’s Pizza.

I ordered through Grubhub, must have skipped the review portion because I wasn’t able to give a review on GH. I really liked this pizza! This will be my go to going forward. It was hot, driver was so nice and the pizza tasted great. To reheat any pizza, I usually spray or melt ghee and a little butter in a pan, lay the pizza in, cover it and heat on med/low until the cheese melts. Check it so you don’t burn it but this i e found to be the best way to reheat a good pizza to get that crispy crust. Even over the air fryer. I like an extra sauce pizza so that can get super messy.Regardless, I!ll order this again and again.
