Don't bother eating here. The last four times I have ordered at this location they got the order wrong three out of the four times. Not worth spending your money here, your order is probably going to get messed up because they aren't paying attention. I won't be returning to this location.

Don't bother stopping here. Even if it's during normal business hours and the door is unlocked and the store is staffed, they will probably only be taking online orders.

If I could I would give zero stars so I order some food here and I've been waiting for 45 mins for it no call nothing the person who I called says he called my number which he didn't then I asked for a refund after I told him at least five times my number does work cause Im calling u on it and he hangs up one in the middle of talking at this point I'm very upset cause I'm not only a customer but I did work at the maple grove location and no for a fact u treat customers like that at all after I took a few breaths and called again they answer pick up the phone then hung up on me without saying anything at all. Now I gotta go all the way over there just to make sure my refund is back on this card and deal with someone rude person.

It’s Jimmy John’s. Ive ordered a lot cause I love a good turkey tom!I’ve not had a lot of trouble when picking up or in store but delivery is another story. Likely will just skip delivery in the future.

By far one of the worst JJ's I've seen in terms of cleanliness and employee engagement. I stopped by towards the end of the day and should have probably taken the overflowing garbage near the entrance as a sign to go somewhere else, but decided to go in anyway. Every employee was taking up space in the lobby enjoying various drinks (soda, coffee, etc..) which would be fine if the place didn't need any attention. The food prep area was not wiped down, wet floor signs were placed strategically near areas absent of any water whatsoever, and the restrooms appeared to be completely neglected altogether. Aside from a dirty toilet (all around), the clogged sink was so full of water that it was impossible to wash my hands and the lack of any napkins would have made that impractical either way. Once I placed my order, one of the employees proceeded to complain to the cashier about how much he hated making the specific items I ordered, so I am sitting here debating if I actually want to risk eating my food or just throw it away instead. This will be the last time for a long while that I stop by here.

I live at a single family home. I had placed an order and it never showed up. Since I called the store at four hours instead of two hours, I was not entitled to the food I payed for. The guy answering the phone said that a lot of people "try to get away with" calling past two hours. The only thing I want to get away with is getting what I pay for. It is called theft, Jimmy Johns. Anyways, they offered me a $7 credit on my 30 something dollar order. So they can admit to failing to deliver my order, but they are only going to pay a fraction of the cost to rectify it. Smart business decision seeing that my family has spent hundreds upon hundreds at your shop. Keep your $7, my friend.

Ordered online for in store pick up and literally everything was wrong between the 3 items. Wrong wraps, nothing cut in half, no chips, took a long time.

I have ordered multiple times from this location, since it is near my place of business. I keep giving them chances to improve their delivery service and it has not happened.Twice they have delivered my order to the wrong suite number, just dropping it off and leaving without checking that I am even at that location. Luckily I have kind neighbors who have taken the time to bring me my lunch. This last order, they delivered it to the correct suite, but came in the back door and left it in the garage. No one came in to let someone know that it was even there.I have also had orders with stale chips, the bags partially opened. It has happened on multiple occasions, to the point that I no longer order chips with my meals. I will not be ordering from this location again.
