I do enjoy JJ once in awhile. One of my kids tried their slims with cheese and normally I order mayo packets on the side. It's on my instructions and customized orders (most of the time). This recent online order my instructions was cut off and the customized portion was reverted back to their original way of making the sandwich. I called only to inform them to call when arrived and to make sure the mayo packets are included in there. Disappointing a 3 year old is not fun. Paid $36 ?

Avoid this location. There is always something wrong with my order. Usually I let it go because the food edible. This time it wasn’t. I ordered a Pepe and received a sandwich with lettuce, mayo, and bacon. That’s it. Already contacted the store via the form, and I still have nor received a refund or apology.

My co-workers and I happened to be up north of the Twin Cities at Target's Northern Campus and the 8 of us decided to run to Jimmy John's It was a pretty quick drive and I ordered the Vini, which was salami and cheese and stuff, basically an Italian. It came out pretty fast, a little expensive for a sub, but the crew was nice enough and they had a good fifteen people ordering while we were there., and we brought it back to the office. The was pretty fresh bread and a good amount of meat and cheese, my only complaint is that it could have used a little more oil, because it was a little dry.For a fast food sub, it was just fine and their chips are amazing. A lot of my friends were stuffing them into the sandwich. Always a treat!Not sure about the delivery, but ordering in person was pretty quick and worth a try.

I love Jimmy John’s, but do not recommend this location. I ordered a sandwich and asked for toppings to be removed, which are clearly listed on the receipt, and none of the toppings were removed. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Okay service, staff did not seem too happy about the amount of things I ordered. All my sandwiches barely had any sauce on it, very little lettuce.

The order took 1 hour and 10 minutes and when I asked for a refund since I had to skip my lunch break, they took forever on the phone and rudely said "if you have this much time to be on the phone you could have eaten your lunch" and refused to refund me. Not surprised this place is 1 star. All my coworkers are aware to never order this place.

There are many other options in this area. This Jimmy John's is NOT worth it. Ordered our items from their app. Customized one sandwich to exclude cucumbers, she is allergic, and the sandwich had cucumbers on it. Thankfully, we noticed them before feeding it to our daughter.

The kid with the drag hair style is very rude and disrespectful. He treats people's food like shate and messy up. If I were the own of this place, I will not keep him at my business. He is the worst person to work at a food service/restaurant.

I am BEYOND disappointed in this location, and every SINGLE time I try to setup a delivery, there's always an issue.Once, I made an order using the app, and it was placed about 30minutes before they closed. The order was confirmed and the confirmation email was received. I get a phone call about 3 minutes after receiving confirmation, and was told they didn't have a delivery driver. I was then presented with the option to come pickup my order... that completely defeats the purpose and convenience of me making a delivery order via JimmyJohns app. Tonight, I placed another order through the Jimmy John's app. Again, the order was received and a confirmation email was received. I got a phone call from the store, and was told they ran out of BREAD. That's insane.You can turn off receiving for delivery orders through your system. There's no excuse for the reviews you have received through this platform. Do better. This isn't how Jimmy John's was ever meant to be depicted. Since college, in 2009 I've been a fan and loyal customer Jimmy John's. The brand has gone down hill, and this is not ok. DO BETTER

Ordered ahead in app and made it there just as they were finishing the order. I did notice that the same order delivered costs nearly double what I paid. I agree there needs to be some increase for delivery but 12 dollars is excessive.

Ordered food at 11:31am, called at 12:31pm to check on my “freaky fast” order. Was just told it’s going to be 45 more minutes. 1. That’s not freaky fast at all, and 2. Is that an acceptable delivery time during work day hours? Kind of annoyed!
