Waitress added item to bill that I had declined, tried to tell me I had asked for it. We asked for split checks and she charged both checks to same credit card. Did not see a manager or anyone to talk to as we left.
Honestly i would give Mad Jacks 5 stars because its always a vibe but the server Jess kills the whole vibe. She has the worst customer service. I would advise that they place her in a position with minimal customer interaction. I believe that would be beneficial to the company.

I was here earlier this evening for a small gathering and am a bit torn. From the standpoint of hosting a group of twenty or so people, I think they did a pretty solid job.
