What can I say, it's McDonald, they all taste the same, the place looks very clean, the service is very good, the employees are very friendly, you can place your orders and pay through the app before you arrive and just pick up your order, it's very comfortable and you save time.Parking: Very comfortable to get in and out, enough space.

Unacceptable service today at this location. First of all, we waited at the front counter to place our order. I don't use the kiosk plus I had the survey coupon so assumed I couldn’t use the kiosk anyways. After two minutes my 88-year-old mother stood between the counter and the area where they place the pickup orders and said excuse me, can you take our order? Several times a young lady looked directly at us and never said a word. Her coworker a younger male did the same thing to us. I thought to myself maybe they were hoping we would leave. As we had a coupon, we planned to eat our dinner here. After 4 minutes my mother stepped over again and said again, can you take our order? She was blatantly ignored by the staff. In the meantime, the floor had standing water on it, there was some type of white bucket on a rolling stand that had dish towels in it. The water was running down the cracks of the tiles from the drive through window to the back of the counter where you place your order. Another employee had a broom and dustpan and was trying to sweep in the water. She made eye contact with us too but no one helped us. Finally, the young male employee came over and said can I take your order? I said that waiting over five minutes to be acknowledged and have our order taken was unacceptable. He just stared at me and said that I should have placed my order at the kiosk. I told him I had a coupon and he said again, you should place your order at the kiosk. He was so rude. They were not that busy, only a handful of customers in the dining room and not that many in the drive through. Our order number was called #243 in about 3 minutes. I waited as I thought they were supposed to bring it out. The other female employee set the tray down on the counter and walked away when I stepped up. She was rude too.I have been dining at this location since they opened, probably well over 25 years and have contacted the management several times over the years. But this visit was the icing on the cake and I will never return to this location. In addition to the poor and rude service, they were playing latino or hispanic music so loud in the back that we could clearly hear it at our table. The television in the front corner of the dining room was not working correctly either, it had lines running through it and no sound. When we finally walked out just after 6:30, the floor was finally being mopped. How unsafe for the employees walking through the wet floor the entire time we were there. I generally discuss my experience with management prior to reviewing but this experience was one of the worst ever. I hope McDonalds corporate takes some action against this location, as clearly the management does not care!

Food was fine, but the person taking my order from the drive through speaker to the pay window screwed it up and I had to repeat it three times at the payment window. Then at pick-up window I had to correct it again and the manager had the temerity to scold me for not telling them that I wanted my order properly.I've spoken English for 50 years and it is how I make my living. Congratulations to your employees for their effort to learn it in a new country, and I know this comes with issues. Don't yell at me for your employees repeated mistakes. I won't ever return to this location.

I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and asked for extra sauce. When I got my food it was just breaded and hollow inside (no chicken) and they put like no sauce on it. I was already home by the time I opened it and couldn’t even eat it. Very very disappointed in this. First time I’ve ever taken the time to leave a 1 star review.
