I like this place. But the past few times I've been, I was either just ignored or rushed out. The cashier the last time I was there took my coupon, but then still charged me full price and I was told I couldn't get the money back. He forgot the drink, the fries were questionable...I only ordered like 3-4 items.

I just don't get it with these restaurants!? I can remember the time when I used to love me some Mickey D's short for McDonald's. Now, it's a challenge to go in any of these McDonald's and get great service. I always ask for my meal fresh to go, and these individuals at McDonald's do not like to follow instructions about your food order. They will wait a few minutes and hand you your food, and it will be Luke warm and the fries be soggy because they are keeping them underneath the light. What's wrong with the world? Everybody is getting lazy, including the HEALTH DEPARTMENT! IF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT DO THEIR JOBS, IT WOULD BE LESS INDIVIDUALS GETTING SICK OR DYING My thing with this McDonald's is that they think they slick, and nobody wearing gloves when handling our personal orders. My thing is the more of us start complaining to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT OR THE NEWS, just maybe some actions will be taken

Actually no stars from me.Yesterday 02/18/2004I took my daughter to buy food.I placed my order at the drive thru,The guy messed up my order and tried to blame me for the order being messed up.He kept arguing with me that I should’ve told him I didn’t want nugget happy meal.I tried to explain that I did tell him and that I never mentioned anything about a happy meal.He kept going onI went to pay him at the first drive thru windowAs I was leaving he insulted me.Saying I have passive aggressive disorder.I went to the other drive thru windowAsked another employee for the managerHe then asked one of the other employees whom was a ladyWhere the manager wasShe also had an attitude asking him why?When she heard all that was going on.The manager never showed up.The first guy that took my order rushed up to the second drive thru windowAggressively,Looked at me in my eyes and said he doesn’t care if I told the manager on himI then got scared for my lifeBecause my daughter was in the carDidn’t want to get attacked.I said I will call corporateThe girl that asked why was breath breathing heavyAs if she wanted to jump in my car also.All of this because he messed my order upAnd admitted that he doesn’t care about authority figures at his job nor his job?I no longer feel safe eating at that McDonald’s.
