We have yet to experience more then a 10 minute wait to receive our food, which is great. The food has all been wonderful. We really like the bowls either with rice or as a salad. With Beef Bulgogi, Pork, Shrimp or Lemongrass Chicken. Several dressing offered, the peanut sauce and vinaigrette/ fish sauce are both great choices. Fried egg rolls to start also delish....The best for last, the variety of Fresh Croissants offered here are totally worth writing home about. Highly recommended.Staff is always very kind, welcoming, fast service. Restaurant is picked up, staff cleaning tables as guess leave. Plenty of parking and seating available, drive through also a option.
Usually hit the drive through to avoid the Caucasian stare from ordering in house. The sandwiches always hit(add the patte or your foolish) and the Viet coffee is strong. In today's economy, a very fairly priced meal for the quality and quantity you receive!

Unfortunately with the poor service I got from them, I will not be supporting this company. They got my order wrong through drive through. Yes a simple mistake, which was understandable but it was the customer service I received about my wrong order was what I felt a big disappointment.I came home and opened my order and saw that they gave me 3 orders of pork egg rolls instead of 3 grilled pork BAHN MI sandwiches. So I called about my order. A lady answered and she couldn’t find my order on her end and asked if “the guy” handed my order and I said yes. She puts me on “hold”. She didn’t mute the phone and I heard her and “the guy who handed out my order” talk, going back and forth about taking my call. Completely unprofessional.“The guy who handed my order” took my call and I proceeded to tell him that they gave me 3 orders of pork egg rolls and not the grilled pork sandwiches. He tells me that that’s what they have that I ordered, but I remember telling whomever took my order through drive through that there should be 5 sandwiches total, 2 original and 3 grilled pork, along with 2 orders of fries (reg. and Korean fries).I was later then put on hold again so he can talk to the manager about my order. “See what they can do for me”He came back with 2 options for me.I can get my sandwiches 3 grilled pork BAHN Mi sandwiches on a DIFFERENT DAY or they can refund me for the 3 orders of pork egg roll. I was baffled with the options. Both options leaves me with 3 sandwiches short and 3 hungry people.I will no longer be returning to this restaurant.

Love Mi-Sant! My office orders from the Roseville location for lunch sometimes, but I just figured out they have a Brooklyn Park location 5 minutes from my house. Ordered the usual lemongrass chicken bowl with citrus soy - was as delicious here as the other location. I know some have said you wait a while in the drive thru, but I only waited about 6 minutes with 5 cars in front of me on a Saturday. Will be back!

Food is the only thing keeping this place in business. Their service is horrible! I have placed online order here 5 times! 5 TIMES! Every single time i place it, they never have it ready in the time slot i request. 5-7mins late, thats fine no big deal, but I work near this place, and my lunch is at 1130am, when i request to have my order ready by 11am, i always get there around 1130-1145, and they havent even started the dang order. This has happened all 5 times! I want to support my asian ppl, i really do, but this is your typical asian ran resturant. They run on their own time and dont care about service. I have tipped more than 10% on my first 3 orders, and they still managed to be more than 20mins late on having it ready. My last 2 orders, i left 0 tip cuz theres no point in tipping if the service is going to be bad. I have literally placed my order to be ready at 11am, i get there at 1145am, and i literally see them just starting to make my order! Like seriously? If i wanted to wait, i wouldve just came in line to order. They have above average bahn mi, imagine if they had the service to go with it. This place needs new management. Someone whos not asian at least, cuz asians dont understand how to properly create service.

What’s not to love about Mi-Sant?! The staff are so nice and helpful, and the food is so yummy. Bubble tea is delicious and I’m addicted to the lemongrass chicken bahn mi!

Best croissants I've ever had. The Vietnamese salad was good too I found the fish sauce to be a little too sweet for my liking but I'd order it again! Took a star off because it was freezing there.
Whoa, the good here is AWESOME! The bulgogi bahn mi is my go to, but you can't go wrong. The spring rolls are huge, and you get 3, it's s break in itself.
