I was doing DoorDash and had to pick and order up from here. While I waited I was observing the employee make the pizza and man as time went on the worse it got.1. He was adding pizza toppings without gloves2. Once he finished he was scratching his arms and touching his ear buds3. Then proceeded to grab a tray cart from the floor and stack something on top of it4. Afterwards grabbed the broom and started sweeping.5. Immediately after sweeping he then starting tidying up the counter they make pizzas on, putting utensils and such back with the same hands he was cleaning and scratching with.Also I kind of feel bad for judging but it was just unsightly and kind of threw me off guard when I was greeted. The woman (I’m assuming these days) who greeted me had more facial hair and arm hair then myself. Also her nose hairs were coming out, she looked very unkept. Again it’s something I’m not used to, but in a customer service position and being the 1st person people see in the establishment………I left before I could see anymore and thank God because all I know is I would never order from this location.Parking: Plenty of parking spots located right in front of the business.

Ordered a heart shaped pizza today it showed up burnt looking awful. Order the heart pizza from pizza hut not here! Pretty sure this is not extra cheese.

Had a fraudulent charge adjustment on a carryout order paid at the location on a cc (guy added bogus tip after the fact). Called and the manager was apparently the guy who did it so that didn't help. (You just hit a number option to get the manager so who knows). Contacted corporate and was told to call the police. I'm honestly surprised it had to go to the police rather than being dealt with by the company.Police told me to make sure I dispute the charge when the bank opens Monday. Which should be easy since we have the receipt and now apparently have a police report.The same employee also said they no longer do gift cards at the location so maybe a disgruntled employee? It is hard to tell because you can't reach anyone else on the phone.

The door dash driver grabbed the wrong order and drove it to my house. When I realized I called Papa John's and the manager answered immediately. When I let them know the issue they said they already knew about it and had already re made the other guys order and mine as well. They drove the right one over in a timely manner and the pizza was great ??

Their pizzas have so much seasoning and parmesan cheese, so you don't taste the meats, veggies or mozzarella!

Well I won't order from here again omg after reading the reviews about no hair nets and how nasty the employees are. Right after finding hair baked into my pizza I'm so disgusted and I pay for extra cheese and they never put extra

The staff is all over the place here. Very small lobby. It's dirty in here also. Very good pizza, though. The staff is kinda rude. It's kinda sketchy in here. There are always tones of people that don't work there, always going in and out of here, especially in the kitchen area. Kinda weird. Don't have a good vibe in Papa John's at this location. Usually, I let my husband get our pizza and bring it home. I don't like coming in here.
