Honestly it is a bit expensive for what you’ll get. There are plenty of other hotpot or kbbq out there that will get your money’s worth. The food was alright, and this is probably a one time dining experience for us.

Complete help and patience with first time hot pot users. Clean, very friendly, informative, quick service, and efficient. Food was delicious and definitely worth the price. Will 100% be visiting again!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not sure if it's because they just recently opened but I just expect better. They offer an à la carte menu so each side is individually price which does add up quickly. They do offer combos which is nice so you can try different options. You can also do hot pot + bbq! That's pretty cool. The broth was pretty yummy. They have a variety of options. Now the food was fine but it all went wrong when the server sat us at a station that wasn't fully working. The heat kept going out every time we just slightly moved the table. We called the server to help us and they fixed it but once again it went out and the server didn't come back until like an hour later. So our 'hot' pot was literally lukewarm for a good hour. Server comes back finally, messes with the table and it works for a bit but eventually turns off again. They also kept run away before we can even say anything. You think after the third time they would offer to move us to another table... but no. Our hot pot only got hot for a bit and then kept cooling down. They didn't even offer to comp a part of our bill after their mistake so we paid 200 dollars for cold pot? lol. It's really a bummer that we couldn't enjoy our hot pot. Please make sure your tables/heating actually work before offering such services and high prices. :/

Passed by this place and wanted to try them out. I tried their hot pot vs the grill…so my review is for the hot pot experience. We went on a Wednesday for an early dinner. There were not a lot of people there yet, but service was extremely slow. They allow 90 minutes for the all you can eat (not worth it), and when they brought out the broths, it was cold and took almost half an hour to heat up so that the food can get cooked…I know because I timed it. It was our first time so we didn’t have any idea what to expect, but not impressed. Before ordering the broth, we specifically told the waitress that we didn’t like sour base soup…and guess what, she recommended the exact thing we told her we didn’t like. Not cool. It took forever to get started on our dinner…but dang, the long wait wasn’t even worth it. The broth, 3 out of 4 varieties, were extremely salty. I had to add water but nope, it didn’t make it any better. It was the worst experience ever! I can’t say I would try them again any time soon for the bbq…I’m traumatized by their hot pot. It was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had.As for the restaurant’s cleanliness, it is a little iffy. There’s noticeable dust throughout. The overall atmosphere has potential…haven’t checked their restrooms…that usually is a great telltale sign of an overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Overall, this place could be decorated beautifully, but if it is not that clean. It is hard to enjoy. This will most be our one and only time we will give this place a try. Good luck…maybe their bbq is good, but avoid their hotpot like a plague…it still grosses me out to this day (2 day later).

First time coming here since it just opened, and it already gave me a bad service. Here is how I rated one star: I came in with two people but only one eating. If the manager told me that it required two to eat the buffet before I sat and waited then there was no problem with me. My partner was the one who ordered buffet and I only ordered a coffee. After she ordered, a while later, the service boy came out and said it required her to order by dishes or she will have to pay double for the buffet, even i told them i am vegetarian. The reason was that they couldn’t keep track (no idea of what, worried I might eat or something? or the manager thought they might not profit from what my partner ordered lolz).

As soon as we walked in, we were ignored by the person standing at the host/hostess table. We didn't have to wait long but it was a little off putting because he didn't even look up to say anything to us, walked into the back, and our server came to seat us. If anything, we only waited 3 minutes but were super confused. The server was super nice though and our food didn't take long to come out. The meats were super flavorful and seasoned to perfection. We got the protein combo & pork belly. The broth (Thai Tom Yum) for the hotpot though was not to our liking. It was a combination of sour and sweet. Normally I'm able to eat anything but I couldn't eat this. It was definitely my fault for choosing it though and will choose something else the next time we go! The little vending machine area in the corner is so cute and I felt like the place was nicely decorated! The price makes sense for what we all got.

Great place for a fun dining experience. We’d not done a hot pot before but the server was sweet to explain how it all worked. The beef hot pot broth was delicious! Meat combo for the bbq was amazing - sides were good as well. We ordered way too much food so will enjoy the leftovers. Perfect place for a unique night out.Ps- pick out your mochi donuts when you first arrive. We didn’t and they were sold out when we left.

We came for mainly hot pot but ended really enjoying the grilled meats as well. The hot pot broth is prob the most flavorful that I’ve had in the twin cities. We ordered the Tom yum one and it had good chunks of pinapple and tomatoes in it. I like it better than the hot pot broth at Asian mall. The veggies are fresh. Meats were good especially the grilled shrimp.

Large menu with tons of options for hot pot alone. Both BBQ and hot pot were AMAZING!!!portions are really large and not terribly priced.

I love this spot for being the first to bring KBBQ AND hot pot in one spot. Before this spot, most offer kbbq or hot pot but not both at the same table and since opening a few others have opened up, but I think this is still the best combo spot. Everything is served a la cart so you order each plate separately. Kbbq- lots of meat and veggie options. You can get seafood too. Combos are available but I don't do them Hot pot- you can choose up to four broths for your communal pot with lots of proteins and veggie options There's also sides you can order, drinks (including soju) and a sauce bar available with pineapple and watermelon at the end. Pros: Lots of meat and veggie options. If you love mushrooms, there's a good variety. Love that you can pick up to 4 broths for the hot pot and love that hot pot and kbbq are side by side. The sauce bar is a nice touch. It's also nice and bright inside with fans to catch the smoke. Cons: Servers can be nice but sometimes it can be hit or miss with differentiating which meats are for hot pot and which are for kbbq when they come to the table. If you have a big order, keep track of what items are still missing. It also can get busy and it looks like you can now make resys for larger groups but if you are a group of two we couldn't.

The food quality here is terrible. The quality of the beef is low grade, tough, and not edible. The soup base was salty. Service was terrible as we had to ask for refills of water. For the high prices, i would expect a lot more. We complained to our server that the beef was so tough it was inedible. They would not replace or refund. Go anywhere else but here!
