Your organization should consider providing training for its employees. Earlier today, I visited your establishment and attempted to engage in conversation with the lady behind the counter, but I found it discouraging that she did not greet me. Such behavior is not only perceived as rude but also unacceptable. Due to this experience, I have decided not to return to your premises in the future.

Employee argued about coupon validity; the Series subs come with extra cheese, I shouldn't be charged for extra cheese on my custom sub. Bad branding, complaining to us about how we ordered when we didn't know that the preztel needed to be heated at the same time as the subs. Bad customer service.

We tried to get at at this Subway at 12:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. The lights were on, open sign was on, door was locked. We waited a little while before giving up and going elsewhere.

We have gone to this location for 10 years, in the last two years the service has been bad, rude employees. One good employee who left, she went by Mama, things have been an increasingly steady downward in service. I suggest avoiding this one if you can. Go to the one on 85th and Zane.

Tried to get a sandwich at 8:15pm. Store closes at 9pm, which is what their online and front of the store. The door was still unlocked and lights were all on. Couldn’t take me than 2 steps into the store when a girl closing on 8/ 11 yelled out that she was helping her last customer, because she had a lot of dishes to do in the back and was not trying to stay there until 10pm. Whilst having 3 of her friends sit around the dining area. Horrible experience!! So typical of the area.

I will not go back to this Subway location. There was a slower old man working behind the counter on his own who didn't know that you are supposed to heat the meat for a steak sandwich. The quality of the food I received was not good and the service was terrible. Go to the Subway up the street.
Only one lady working tonight. She's bleeding from the top of her head and sneezing between customers. No steak, no mayo. What is going on here?

The customer service is terrible. The employees are un friendly and rude! I ordered a rotisserie sandwich that looked like shredded chicken. The portions in their tray were so minimal. There was barely any meat in my footlong. The subway description says "a generous portion of rotisserie chicken". I asked for a little extra to cover my foot long sandwich. The rude employee kept telling me it's an extra charge. WTH, at least cover more then 3/4 of my sandwich. I did not ask for 1/3 vegetarian...!

Rude employee. The only one in the store. Headphones in one ear. Arrived and was immediately told “I’m not going to be able to help you for a few minutes!” Finished with the only customer ahead of me and proceeded to restock ingredients. None of which were empty. A very uncomfortable environment. No reason for the rude behavior.

The gal who made sandwiches for our group today was one of the most positive, sweet, hard-working people I’ve ever met. MAMA, we love you and the care with which you treated us. Oh, and did we mention that she was the ONLY one there? She was so efficient and loving, even though she could/should have been annoyed, hassled, slow, etc. thank you, sweetie. Your love for your job and customers was a LESSON for the group of high school students who came through your shop today. Bless.
