Just stood in the front of the restaurant waiting to be seated. No hostess greeted us and the manager looked at us. We waited roughly five minutes, no one seated us. Restaurant was moderately busy maybe 10 tables full. Avoid going here if you want good service.

Hilda is a very good server even though there short staffed she took care of her sections really well I gave 5stars cuz she talked too me and made my customer experience great highly recommend it she will take care of you even if she's behind dues to being short staffed I'd hire her over anyone great experience overall ?

Chain restaurant with a wide variety of options. The menu is not going to surprise you which isn't a bad thing for this kind of dining experience.This location I had excellent service, attentive but not intrusive. Food was cooked well and delivered at appropriate temperatures. Would definitely return.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My girlfriend and I walk in and get the most despicable greeting from the female bartender. This place has the rudest bartender I've ever met in my life. The disrespect was the rudest encounter I've ever had at a restaurant. I've never experienced anything like this before. If you have any other options to go eat, take them. This place is a one time only. You go there once and you'll never go back.

Sadie G. is the best. She deserves a raise!! The chefs were getting out order messed up. I totally understand they were busy. Poor Sadie felt she had to talk all the blame. She had such a peppy, amazing attitude the whole time! Sadie is amazing and SHE is the reason we will be coming back. THANK YOU SADIE!!

I liked my meal, took a couple of friends. The bill was a little high for them. Things can add up . No problem ,. Used a gift card from here. We ordered a sample plate. W/bnls wings, cheese stks, ckn quesdila, all was good.

This place doesn’t care about customers. I came straight here from the airport, arrived at 10:30 PM, left my ride and went inside. And they tell me the kitchen is closed. Google says they close at 11 PM not 10:30pm. If you’re not gonna accept customers at 10:30 PM then change your operations hours.

We had an excellent waitress. I missed her name but I remember that she mentioned she's from Georgia. She was sweet, nice, and made our mealtime more enjoyable. The food was excellent, too.

The table was sticky and the food servers threw the food on the table and ran away without asking if you wanted extra plates or steak sauce excetera. The food was excellent and otherwise it was a nice dining experience. I know this is not normal for them, it just happened to happen this night. I would still go back.
Just picked up an Oriental chicken salad. This is my favorite item on your menu and I have had many..first bite I knew something was different… the chicken was no recently prepared. It was cold and hard and obviously had been sitting around for a time..after all the many perfect ones I had had in the past, this was disappointing..

Glad to see that Applebee's in Burnsville is still shamelessly rocking Minnesota Twins wallpaper featuring Jim Thome and J.J Hardy. This is the sort of virtue signaling that crosses a line! Fortunately, the quesadilla burger became the propitiation for this irredeemable iniquity.

The food was amazing, but I can't help but speak up about how I witnessed employees treating others. The bartender was extremely rude to a customer when the customer asked where he should wait for his to-go order, and the bartender said he "doesn't care about to-go orders" and that he's "not the only person who works here". There was also a woman at the table behind us (employee) rolling up silverware and another employee touched her shoulder to tell her something and the woman at the table said "I don't care, and don't ever think about touching my shoulder again". Extremely unprofessional and rude. Made me feel super uneasy when I was just trying to enjoy my Valentines date.
