I've ordered take out a few times now. Their eggrolls are superb. You don't find that many restaurants that offer a generous size and very crispy egg roll. Love them! I also had their hot and spicy chicken. I've frequented other Vietnamese restaurants that did that dish very well. Namely, Kinhdo Uptown and Vina, both which are now closed, so I'm on the hunt for a Vietnamese restaurant that does a good job with that dish. Unfortunately, when I ordered the Hot and Spicy Chicken the chicken was shaved and not pieces or chunks of chicken, while the flavor was spot-on. The shaved chicken really turned me off from an appearance and texture. Maybe that was unusual, for them, so will try it again and hope to not be disappointed a second time.

The lunch special is such a steal!! Delicous pork wonton soup, fried rice, cream cheese wontons, and ginger tofu! Our server was so sweet -- I will be returning to eat here!

Ordered eggrolls, wontons, chicken pho, beef pho.Overall, it wasn’t bad.Counter service was great and it was ready very quickly. The eggrolls were so dense with grease/oil, really the only flavor it had. Wontons were pretty standard. The large triangle style aren’t my favorite anyway so I can’t say muchWe were disappointed in the pho, only flavor was the hoisin and sriracha we had to add. Also didn’t come with jalapeños :(Chose Cam Ranh Bay because our usual place was closed. Likely won’t be back

The food is good and you get plenty of it. We started with cream cheese wontons. These were piping hot and served with sweet and sour. I ordered the combination fried rice sub beef instead of shrimp. It was pretty good. My husband tried a chicken dish he enjoyed. I can't think of which one. The bathroom was clean, service was good, and I enjoyed the TV that showed kitchen prep being done. Unlikely to be theirs, but still something cool to watch while waiting on food.

Excellent Pho, possibly one of the best in the twin Cities. The rest of their food is pretty decent but I honestly just always get the Pho

This place is one of the places we will miss moving to Iowa, very much. The people and food are wonderful! For over 35 years they never let us down. Visiting friends always wanted to eat here! If they ever start a place in the Des Moines/Indianola area we will be the first people through the doors!

Great food fairly priced. Family run - friendly staff. My go-to lunch special in Eagan.

Our recent visit to Cam Ranh Bay offered a delightful exploration of American Chinese cuisine. Each dish was skillfully prepared, featuring well-seasoned ingredients and crisp vegetables that added freshness to every bite. The rice paper spring rolls were a true delight, showcasing the fusion of flavors that define American Chinese cuisine. While the restaurant's atmosphere may lean towards the dated side, it provides a cozy backdrop for a casual dining experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff members were not only friendly and accommodating but also well-versed in the menu, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. In essence, Cam Ranh Bay is a charming establishment where American Chinese flavors take center stage. It's the perfect spot for those seeking a laid-back meal with a touch of culinary flair. Thank you, Cam Ranh Bay, for a memorable dining experience—we'll definitely be back for more.
