Coffee flavored water! I asked for an XL Americano. We agreed the size of my cup was a L, that comes with 4 shots. That was a pathetically weak excuse for coffee. I like the rich, burnt flavor of Starbucks, however I refuse to buy it for several reasons. This was the opposite of what I wanted, but at least it was very expensive. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please acknowledge everyone not ones you like only and that they do speak English or different color skin even though you assume not and that they don't have a name for you to put on the cup or don't deserve a name to be called and everyone else does. Poor acknowledgement and service. Will never come to this caribou again even if it's for free coffee.

i love this place! the service and atmosphere is always phenomenal, and the drinks are no exception. it’s helped me immensely, i haven’t been doing wonderful and so i’ve been going to caribou everyday to get a breath of fresh air so i can draw and work on self care. everyone here is wonderfully kind and it’s been the highlight of everyday! :^]
