l ordered an entree size chicken caesar and was really disappointed. It came in a small package with a few thin strips of what looked like slices of thin chicken for a sandwich. I called to share my disappointment after I got home with the salad and the person on the phone seemed more interested in justifying an entree salad having 2 ounces of flat sandwich chicken than deal with my disappointment. Tome to try a different place

New to the area and first time ordering here. Pizza might have been decent if not so overdone. Ordered 3 half sandwiches as well which were just ok. Service was friendly and order was correct at least. Likely wouldn't order here again.

Davanni’s is one of our family’s favorite places to order hoagies and Chicago style deep-dish pizza. Our favorite hoagie is Assorted on white bread and our favorite deep-dish pizza is pepperoni, onion, with extra cheese. I recommend signing up for their frequent buyer program. Tonight we used a $10 credit reward.

Bought a deep dish pizza with extra sauce which was not included at all (got like a few dollops most the pizza was just cheese and bread) which is necessary on their deep dish to get the consistency I like otherwise it's just cheese and bread most the time. They barely put any sauce on at all and it was barely spread on parts of the pizza basically got a cheese pizza with barely any sauce when I paid for extra. Otherwise everything else was fine. I paid $33 for the pizza so I expect better davanni's. You really shouldn't have to pay for extra sauce to begin with but you do if you want any really so it's disappointing to not get the 2x. Id expect the whole pizza to be covered.

Hosted my extended family and we ordered Davanni's catering options and had the food delivered. Food was excellent! Highly recommend the Chicken Florentine. It was a hit with everyone. It has thinly sliced chicken which is a great touch; not rubbery and chunked like most chicken pastas. We got pastas, pizza, garlic bread and some extras. Everyone enjoyed it, from grandparents to grandbabies (age 2). Plenty of options for catering including plates, silverware, dry toppings, napkins, etc.Prices are comparable to any chain pizza place, and it's way better quality and taste!Hadn't been in years, but glad we went with them for our family event!

Ordered a Medium thin crust w three ingredients. There’s barely any bacon on my pizza and the sauce is wrong. How hard is it to follow an order? Apparently pretty tough. I’d be embarrassed if I owned this place.

Place not busy, but several tables still need to be cleared off when we walked in. Ordered at the counter to eat in. Took a few minutes because we c ok uldnt hear the guy and he couldn't hear us over the noise from the kitchen directly behind him. Keep in M kind bg here that 25 years ago M I n.v Hunt out at this and other Davanni's locations weekly with friends, sonic have some expectations here. Table was cleared but not clean, but was better than most in the immediate area so we took it. Plates and cutlery provided are all dirty. My son spent minutes going through forks and plates looking for "clean" ones, and we ended up settling for something close to being clean. Not just water spots mind you, but stuck-on food after being washed (or they weren't washed and accidentally placed in the dining room for use). In any case we will eat off them anyway. If we get sick from it then we should be able to try bbn it back here and get a small payday out of it. After all, if they don't care enough to keep things clean and up to code, then I shouldn't feel bad about taking advantage of the that. We were told 20 minutes for our two solo pizzas, and that is about how long it took. Again, the store wasn't busy and there were only 2 other occupied tables in the place. I do know from over the years that this store does a lot of delivery business, but even then the kitchen quieted down about 10 minutes after we sat. The fruit flies were the worst part of this visit I think though. By comparison, I stopped at the Eagan store just after the lunch rush today so I could have lunch. Much cleaner store overall, and no flying pests. We would've been there right now except they are usually very busy fir dinner and today was no exception. Folks waiting and most of the dining rooms occupied, so we came to this store instead. Food was fine. This store must use less gatlic I. The white sauce compared to others orbi just got part of a light batch. In any case the food was fine and my son rates this pizza slightly higher than Savoy. Overall I think we should've waited at the Eagan store. Tables and cutlery were at least clean and plentiful there.
