I will literally drive a half an hour from Minneapolis simply to eat here, even if the weather's bad, I can't use the picnic tables, and I have to eat in my car. This is not a "oh I'll eat here because it's convenient" food truck. This is the best Mexican food I've ever had. And I've had some good food on the border. You won't be disappointed in anything, but the quesabirria tacos are next level, the carnitas are crispy and tender, and the rice is phenomenal.
My husband and I visit a lot of different taco places around the Twin Cities and this place is so far our favorite find. The people that run this truck are very nice and have great customer service. Even though it can get busy they do a great job of getting the food out quickly. the meat is extremely flavorful and the portions our great as well. A must try. This truck is located in the MGM liquor parking lot by Menards on Highway 13.
