Love the food here, and most of the time have no issues with service, but the driver named Grant we had tonight didn't listen to delivery instructions, called me and when i relayed the instructions I already wrote, told us to get the pizza from the building's door we specifically asked him not to go to.

We're new to the area. I must say we have had Domino's pizza from many locations within Minnesota and in other states. This location is by far the absolute best we have ever had. The service is exceptional. The pizza looks exactly like that perfect pizza on Domino's commercials. Not only is the delivery super fast. It's fresh hot out of the oven "perfect" and tastes amazing for a pizza chain location. Highly recommend this location you will not regrat it.
Every time my boyfriend and I come here, the food is never burnt. We actually respect how fast and friendly they are. The late-night crew keep rolling out the best!

Since when do delivery drivers not carry change for a 20??
I made an online order for carry-out. When I got into the store. They said they misplaced my order and will make me a new one. I wasn’t super pressed on time, so I said it was no big deal. They gave me a free dessert and a free 20 oz soda. As I was waiting for my food to be ready, I could tell they were busy. But they all kept smiles on their faces and gave great customer service. I can’t tell you how many times I come into a pizza place and the staff are over worked and tired. This staff didn’t seem like that. They all acted like they were family. Great to see, especially during these times. Thank you again Burnsville Dominoes!!

Manager had a nervous breakdown on the phone because I called about an issue. She then proceeded to hang up on me twice. Do not eat here.
