We had a date night here and wow oh wow was it great!! One of our good friends has been raving to us about this place for what feels like years and we finally decided that it was about time that we pay it a visit! It's exactly what you would expect from a taco place in a strip mall but I will still shout it from the rooftops that some of the best places you will ever eat at are in strip malls! Such hidden gems! The staff was beyond helpful with us and patient while I took forever to decide on my items. We tried a little bit of everything and it was incredible. The queso is DELIGHTFUL. I get queso literally every place we visit that offers it and this was some of the best I've had in the twin cities. It had the right amount of flavor and punch and the texture was spot on (sometimes it's far too runny and that takes away from the experience). Had some pop in glass bottles, chips (with queso and guac) and tacos and it was the perfect low-key date night. Highly recommend, it's such a hidden gem in Burnsville.

The best place for a wonderful variety of tacos for every taste. Comfort food and none better. Family owned and operated. Made with love! A must to stop for a amazing lunch or dinner!

These tacos are awesome, especially their al pastor. They are more than a bit pricey considering they are two bites each but that's the only downside.

Our family calls the chips “crack chips” for good reason. Pricy, but excellent tacos and sides. Would recommend the charro beans and the shrimp bacon taco especially.

Quite possibly the best Taco Deli in the MSP area! These Tacos are legit and full of flavor.

Went there today for the first time to try it out. I had ordered 2 tacos, 1 Steak Fajita and 1 Shimp and Bacon taco, with a side of chips and salsa. I thought the steak was good but my preferred of the two was the shrimp I believe that there was a grilled corn salsa that made the blackened shrimp and bacon blend together. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot.

What a nice surprise to eat the tacos from El Camino! Fabulous tasting, with the size they are you can take a couple (2 for a small lunch, 3 for a regular lunch, 4 for a bit eater) and taste several. My favorites were the barbacoa, bbq and Al pastor!

I had high hopes based on the reviews here. I should preface that I prefer Mexico Mexican food and I’m not sure I’ll be able to find that in Minneapolis. One of the first items I saw was their specials, a smokey pork taco and I’ve never considered smokey a mexican flavor. I ordered three tacos, the barbacoa (corn tortilla), the green chili pork (corn tortilla) and grilled shrimp (flour tortilla). I thought the barbacoa was a little smokey, the green chili pork was great and the shrimp was fine. I got the hottest salsa and it was HOT and I find hot salsa hard to find. It was great! The corn tortillas fell apart very very quickly so I recommend asking for double tortillas- there’s enough meat to make up for the double tortilla. I dined in so it’s not like they were sitting and soaking for very long. And they had Mexican Coca Cola! There wasn’t too much seating, two tables that sat 4 and some bar-like seating. There was Spanish music playing when I got there and it shortly switched to country music.

I went there couple of times and got fish tacos. They were soggy. Service is quick and enthusiastic.

Quick, tasty, and dependable food. We love the salsa to go to keep in stock at home (the mild is our favorite). My husband is a meat eater through and through and has the rajas vegetarian taco on his favorite bites of his life list. My favs are the barbacoa and puerco verde.

Incredible taste. Next level tacos. Well seasoned, full of flavor. And their guacamole is excellent too. Absolutely recommend.

Like a better and more authentic Chipotle. Get the barbacoa.
