“Picked up dinner through the second drive thru! I went around 5pm and it was overwhelmingly busy. I got in a very long line for the first drive thru until a worker asked if I was paying with cash or card. I said card. They then told me that there was no wait at the second drive thru window and I proceeded to leave the super long line and made my way to the second drive thru. But omg, there was no line! It was much faster than the first drive thru. Took my order at this little hut and instructed me to park in a selected number parking spot. I ordered a cheese burger kids meal. I didn't have to wait that long and definitely beat the first drive thru line. There were a couple of guys directing cars and making sure nobody but cars that ordered from the hut was able to park in the selected number of parking spots. That was pretty cool.Ordered: cheese burger with all toppings kids meal, crinkle fries, soda, and an order of onion rings. Everything was delicious.“

“My friend recommended this place to me and it did not disappoint! The cookies are amazing! Today the choices were Banana Cream Pie (yum!) Chocolate Chip, Pink Velvet, Pumpkin Spice, something else with white chocolate chips and one that was half and half.. half dark half light.. I can't remember the names of these last 2. I would say that the business owner would benefit a LOT from employees that speak to you as a guest. There were 3 people behind the counter, not one of them spoke to me until I asked for help. Being that it was my first time in I could have benefitted from knowing that the way you order is through the kiosk not a real live person! Who knew! Call me old fashioned but I actually like when employees greet me, say hello how can I help you and thank you for coming in! As good as the cookies are I'd be hesitant to go in again.“

Open in the afternoon/evening in Spring, Summer, and Fall, it's a popular downtown Lakeville meet-up spot that's great for families. In the last couple of years they've streamlined their menu (almost all deserts now) and brought in hand-scooped ice cream by "The Chocolate Shoppe", which is fantastic stuff. They also serve soft-serve in many forms, all of which are tasty. I've sampled a number of their malts and shakes -- they're a delicious nostalgic time-warp to bygone days. Be prepared for some waiting -- the line leading to the single ordering window can stretch to the curb on hot summer nights. Then it can be another 5 - 10 minutes of waiting for them to fulfil the order, which you pick up at the opposite window. “When we came in we were greeted by Princess, she was polite, friendly, and helpful and you can tell she cared about giving the customer a great experience. My fiance ordered the potato mozzo Korean Corndog, and I got the strawberry snowball. I won't lie it took a minute for her to make it but when I saw how beautiful it looked and I was floored. The strawberry snowbing looked like something that you would expect from an upscale restaurant. It was absolutely delicious, and it made me want another but I was so full I almost had to get rolled to the car. I'm so glad I was able to find this little honey pot and to enjoy some of the things they have to offer. I'll definitely be back, too bad they aren't closer because this is 35 minutes away from where I live, but worth the visit. Thank you Princess for making me a fan.“
“My family and I love this Dairy Queen! It's fun, clean, but more importantly, the staff and owners are fantastic! In fact, through our visits, we got to know the owners a little bit and she helped me create my own chocolate ice cream with the chocolate dip in a cup. I love the chocolate dipped ice cream. So she was creative and came up with the ice cream and dip in a cup rather than in the cone. I LOVE IT!! Not once have we had a bad experience. So I'm in shock at some of these reviews that have any complaints about this store. Some people just have to complain about something I guess. I personally find it impossible to have any negative things to say about this DQ. Great staff with exceptional ownership! Owners who are incredibly hands on and personable with each customer. I have made great memories with each of my kids at this store and it's the only one I'll go to. Thank you for always being GREAT!!!“

“I’m a DoorDash driver and went to pick up a delivery last night (about 7:30pm on 9/19). There was a sizeable line with only one woman managing the place by herself. She notified me that it would take a while to fulfill the order so I took a seat as she helped the customers. Once finished, she apologized for the delay, telling me that other drivers had been upset about waiting earlier in the day. She made the order as quick as she could and offered me something from the menu as I waited. I’d never been to a Rita’s before, but they gained a customer tonight due to this employee’s exceptional communication and customer service. I’ll be back as soon as they reopen next spring.“

Frfr, why is a Culver's meal $21? The world will never know. It was busy, but fine and the restaurant was clean. Everything was flavorful and filling. This location wasn’t very busy when we stopped and the customer service was spectacular! I really liked the mangonada and the birria tacos combo.“
