Went on Easter. The rush was ending. However the service was friendly, quick and ever responsive. Very impressive!Food was delivered in less than 7 minutes. It was hot and was presented just like in the menu pictures.25% tip was deserved.This is a charming family owned business which is a delight to see.

This IHOP was awesome in all aspects of a sit-down restaurant. Be prepared for truck-stop size portions.Wheelchair accessibility: Good access from the parking lot to the sidewalk. Easily into the restaurant.

My grilled chicken burrito bowl was delicious. My husband really enjoyed his thick slice of French toast, eggs, sausage and hash browns. Very limited gf options. Even omelets have wheat in them which I found usual but we would go back.Dietary restrictions: No gf bread or buns but they did have gf pancakes. Burrito bowls and one breakfast was gluten-free.
