Sandwich was rock hard and completely doused it in mustard. Couldn't figure out how to use my gift card as well to top it off. Not impressed at all.

Wednesday March 20th at about 450pm, we ordered two sandwiches for delivery. At 605pm our order had not yet arrived so I called the store. I was told that they didn’t have a delivery driver on staff, so our order was cancelled and we should’ve received a phone call. No phone call to us was ever made, and if I had known I would’ve gone to pick up the order - or, more likely just have gone to Jersey Mike’s instead. I was told “sorry, but a lot of people here are new and didn’t know to call” & “you won’t be charged for the food” - well I would think not since the order was cancelled lolSo, an order comes in, it’s cancelled, the customer isn’t notified and that’s justified by being newly employed? Good one lol.All I can say is, don’t waste your time with Jimmy John’s and go pickup from Jersey Mike’s instead

I left a review a week ago, the manager wouldn’t contact me back. And corporate isn’t very helpful. Sad that no one in company cares about service!! -I would like to hear back from a manger on why my order was canceled on purpose and was told the drivers car broke down. Clearly you guys where still delivering. I feel very lied too and would like to talk to coordinate about employees lying to customers.
I was having the worst day and decided I needed a coke from Jimmy John’s which is the best. I ordered and Tashi waited on me and said the soda was on the house. Thank you sooo much for brightening my day.

Was excited to have the chicken Thia wrap. For $10 , the portion was small, and the chicken looked old and not fried and had little to no spice. Cooperate really needs to show pictures of how the food is actually presented, false advertising.
