I’ve ordered from here many times never have they got my order right. This time I called and asked for a root beer instead of a Diet Coke because root beer isn’t an option when ordering through the app they said yeah for sure and STILL gave me a Diet Coke!!!! Im just sick of this location. Yuck.** I’m adding an edit. I just opened my wrap I ordered it’s falling apart and not even cut in half like I requested !! This place is a joke and should be sad to call theme self’s a jimmy johns im. Allina corporate. Wish I could add a photo. And I tipped 6 bucks ahead of time I wouldn’t have if I knew my food was going to be screwed up and trashed! ??

Well that was a pathetic visit.Sat at the speaker for 3 minutes..if you think this is a small amount of time..sit and stare at something while you're hungry for 3 minutes..lmk how much "fun" that was.So after we sat for 3+minutes I literally saw 4 employees...I'm in the drive thru..one parked walking inside..another walked outside with a box..and another on her phone at the end of the building..another arrived from a delivery..so after nobody acknowledged me I said "hello" at the speaker...got nothing in return for an additional 30seconds.So at this point we started to starve to death..then we died. It's your lazy employees faults. ThanksJokes at the end..but where hungry yo! Had to go elsewhere.Please do better on behalf of the ceasar wrap I lack in my life.

I have called and placed order’s multiple times at this location. ZERO delivery because they can’t hire delivery drivers. What is the point of Jimmy John’s if there’s no delivery. People are friendly on the phone but this is a failure of a business.

As someone who has previously delivered for a Jimmy Johns, I love the franchise and have had excellent with AV, Burnsville, and Bloomington locations. However, I cannot in good faith recommend this particular store. If this store is your first experience with a Jimmy Johns, I assure you that this location is the exception and not the rule.The in shop staff does well and performs on par with any JJ that I have previously visited. If rating was for pick up only I would give 3 or 4 stars. Delivery is dreadful though. I will give benefit of the doubt and presume that the store is chronically understaffed.Delivery is consistently late. Sometimes taking upwards of an hour to arrive. Items such as cookies or chips are frequently missing.I hope management makes some changes to staff up the store and improve performance. My office would love to order more from you if the service improves.

Charged me twice for one sandwich combo. I went back inside right away and the guy that took my order still wanted to argue with me after I showed him my bank statement. Kept showing me it charged once on his computer for 19.13 but my card got charged twice and 38.26 was took out and I was just like forget because I didn't want to argue. So keep that extra 19.13 not going back there again.

Doesn't matter the day or time if you order from this location expect to wait AT LEAST an hour. I live two blocks away and it's hard to pass up ordering a quick sandwich when working from home however EVERY SINGLE TIME there's an issue. They have dropped off my food at the wrong address TWICE and when I call them to address it their employees are AWEFUL! One time I waited almost TWO HOURS for my order, at the hour mark I called and they said my food was out for delivery, 25 minutes later still hadn't arrived so I call back and say at this point I'll just come pick up my order and they say it's still out for delivery, again I live two blocks away, it was still another 20 minutes before my food showed up and at that point I didn't feel safe to eat it! I've never received an apology or offered any type of compensation after any of these incidents. Will never buy from here again
