I went by at 9:20pm. It closes at 10pm. I went to their mic and the employees there proceeded to ignore me and when I drove past the window they turned off all the lights pretending no one was around . Even though all the employees had their cars parked in the parking. Right when I left the drive through is when I noticed 2 employees just sitting on their phones like this was a day to day thing they do to their customers. Honestly after a long shift and just wanting food. This was mad weird.

I door dashed and was not happy. I ordered a 3pc box with 2 breasts and a wing. I got 2 thighs instead. The dasher didn't follow the delivery instructions and left my food in the lobby instead of to my door. Disappointed.

Just placed a order through Door Dash. On the door dash menu it shows a advertisement for hot wings. But you cant find the item to order. So i called the KFC and asked them what to do? He asked for my name and said just order a 4 piece piece meal and ill just swap it out because it was close in priceI did exactly what he said. What did i get? A 4 piece combo meal. No swap no wings! I called right away and said the order was wrong. His reply? They didnt tell me there was a swap. Then silence. I asked what to do. He said call Door Dash and cancel payment. I said thats not fair to the driver! Then silence. I asked again what your gonna do? He said call tomorrow. I said i want dinner tonight. Once again silence. I asked what his bleepimg name was, he was scared and refused to give it. Apparently KFC is having a very hard time finding competent employees. Sounds like it was his first job. He was thrilled when i said ill just call the manager. He was scared and wanted to get off the phone and get back to screwing orders up! So sad no customer service for someone who paid 28.00 for a meal that i never asked for and then to deal with that scared punk! Lol joke

11/10/23. 6 :15 pm. Just tried to place a order through Door Dash. I noticed there wss a advertisment for hot wings. I couldnt find the item on DD menu so i called Burnsville KFC on county rd 5. The boy who answered the phone said, just place a order for a 4 piece combo meal, I will swap them out because it was close in price. He took my name and said he would take care of it. So i did exactly what he said to do. What did i receive? A 4 piece combo meal. No swap no wings. So i called the store back. The same boy answered the phone and i said i didnt get my wings you said you would swap out. He sounded like he smoke a big joint! Oh sorry man. Um you just wanna eat it and give you credit. I said no, i want what i ordered . Welll just call DD and cancel the order. I said no! Im not screwing over the driver. Then silence. I asked what else we can do? His reply? Just come in tomorrow. I said for what? I want to eat dinner tonight. Then silence on his end . I think the joint he smoked started to really kick in! I asked for a manager, of course no manager on duty. Then i aske for his name, ready for this? He wss TOO SCARED tp give it!! Lol. I guess pot does make you nervous! I undetstand its hard finding good employees but Geeze! Its sad you pay for food you didnt want, then to deal with a Stoned Woke idiot whos too scared to do his or they or its job!! Such a joke!!!

The store manager was AMAZING best customer service! Her staff were just as friendly, helpful and fast. The food, fresh, hot and outstanding as usual! And clean!! Good job Burnsville KFC.

Tonight my family chose to go to KFC because we hadn't had their food in a while, the lady at the window was very kind to me especially being a teenager. When we got home with our food they missed the honey sauce they we specifically said to give us a ton when they asked us what kind of sauce, if they check off what the orders are I think they can go pretty far with costumer services
