Went in for the first time, and they had no customer service and didn't care to explain their menu or how their meals worked. So we just read the menu and chose something quick. But I can say it was pretty clean for the most part.

When we got our food home to eat we found the lo mein was incredibly stale. You could tell the oil or whatever in it was rancid. Very disappointing. All of the food taste like it was old. The Apple valley location is great this was a big miss waste of money.

I got sick the next day after eating there. Restaurant was clean and they offered me fresh vegetables instead of the dried out ones at the counter, but still got sick. I had the cashew chicken, vegetables and brown rice.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Food poisoning! Ordered Orange Chicken from Uber Eats. The outside of the chicken was overcooked but the inside was a gross texture. A day later I was throwing up. I know other people who have eaten here who have also gotten sick afterward.

We preferred white rice, none available. Only fried rice was available.... and then we got charged extra for it.We were also charged extra for Broccoli Beef, since when is it considered "premium beef"???The firecracker shrimp was dry.

The sesame chicken on hand looked dry and old so we asked to wait for a fresh batch but the guy serving was resistant. I’ve never had any issue asking for a fresh food but he kept insisting the food was pretty fresh and there was plenty already available. The food was clearly very old and anyone who has eaten here before knows it’s not good when old. No apology or anything when we asked politely again. Just bluntly rejected so me and my friend left without ordering.

Diana is absolutely amazing. I travel for work from Rochester to Burnsville and because of her I usually end up going here for lunch. It's never a bother if they need to make something they are out of. The manager is very nice as well. Couldn't recommend the place any higher!
Three is generous. We were there at 4pm food was cold, gristly, and just plain not very good. I like the idea of Leeann Chins but they always fall way short of my expectations.Parking: Need to remove more snow to allow for parking and maneuverability in the lot.

Haven't eaten at a Leeann Chins for many years. And now it will be many more. worst Chinese food I've ever had. Ive had much better food from the deli at Safeway. How does this place stay open?

NOT allergy friendly, for Shellfish Allergy. Used to be safe to eat from before only 2 shrimp dishes (out of 15 I believe) has ruined it for a lot of people. Its very unfortunate that they dont set it up so you could still support their establishment if you have a shellfish allergy, which is a VERY common allergy. It would be so easy to have a guideline in place for ALL leann chins to dedicate 1 wok and set of utensils to the 2 shrimp dishes.Dietary restrictions: NOT SHELLFISH ALLGERY FRIENDLY

Driver would get 5 stars, the person who answered the phone was very rude. I asked for a receipt when I ordered, as I was ordering for a business lunch( not that its anyones business) and I didnt get it. Then when I called to ask for one I was rudely asked if I needed it because something was missing, and When I told the young woman I needed it for business purposes, she said"well, you can come and pick it up." Very rudely. Last time I will order from this establishment.
