Do not go to this McDonald's. The staff is unfriendly. I hate being called out when they're wrong. When you're in there the staff seems like a circus. The staff does not read or care what your order is. They make what they want, And expect you to be okay with it. They do not answer the phone when customers call. I'm surprised it's still running. If passing this McDonald's on the highway do not stop. It will be a hassle. What's a staff not knowing what they're doing and not caring what they're doing. Down to the atmosphere of the building. Take it from someone who's been here several times. This is not somewhere to get food. From staff to wrong orders. You will only face a hassle. And the staff rolling their eyes at you. Maybe a real manager should come out and take a look.

This McDonald's is such a PoS. Every time I'm here it's a bad experience. Poor food, poor communication, poor staff.Just absolutely terrible customer experience. Every. Time.It's also insanely expensive, DO NOT GO HERE. There are 2 other mcdonalds with in 5 miles that are better quality and cheaper.

Very tasty, hot food and of course great prices compared to other fast food restaurants. Took a little longer than usual this time at drive-thru, but then most McDonald's are usually the fastest at drive-thrus, so not too bad. Clean bathroom as usual too. Used the App so The full price for a big mac but the quarter pounder was twenty nine cents.... Again, normal.

twice on two seperate occasions my foods been made wrong; they take the food back into the restaurant behind the counter with fresh food. first off, make the food correctly - and second, please tell me you are not reselling food that’s been down the block!one time they had me pull forward to wait for fresh food and left me there for 20 mins with no cars over a cheeseburger with just ketchup and cheese only, i had to walk into the store. since managment changes its gone downhill.
Near bottom tier fast food. Sad burgers, cold mushy fries and chicken nuggets. They couldn't even mix up the mcflurry and just sprinkled some m&ms on top instead. How lazy can you be...

3 weeks in a row, we ordered the exact same thing. First week it was $15.79. Second week it was $19.89. Third, and again the same exact order, $18.34. When I asked the lady at the window what was up, she said, “Not my problem. The owner sets his own price.” When I got upset, she said to talk to the owner, who appeared instantly. He told me, “If you don’t like my prices, then leave.” So I did. And now I will tell everyone I come across, which is about 1800-2400 people a week in Burnsville. Wendy’s turns out to have a GREAT breakfast menu!
