Terrible service. I placed an order ahead of time because I was on a break at work so I needed my food quick to have time to eat. When I arrived my order was not ready, which was fine, but then I sat for 20 full minutes, already over my break time and had to ask where my order was. Apparently it was sitting there, and had been for SEVERAL minutes but not one single person called out the name or approached me, clearly waiting, to ask my name or what my order was. Completely horrific service. No apology, nothing. Ruined my entire day. Now I get no lunch and the food will be cold and disgusting by the time I get home. Gross and dirty dining room as well. I would never eat in that place. Really, really gross. Don't go here. Go ANYWHERE else.

This is my first time at this place, and what a disappointment. Food is tasteless, and pasta was overcooked, which is no no in Italian style dishes. Staff is not interested in providing good customer service, forget about going beyond.

Cashier person was extremely rude and passive when I went in February 19th at around 8pm. They also used the wrong noodles for my Spicy Korean Beef noodles, and put almost no sauce in it. They definitely rushed my meal and were just trying to get me out of the restaurant (there was also nobody in line, it was dead). Not going to this noodles ever again.

The cashier working Friday, December 1 at about noon is the most rude human I've ever had to interact with. It's ok man, you can go to anger management classes or get prescription drugs to help you. No need to be unbelievably rude.

I've been going to this noodles since it opened at the Burnsville mall. Back when the mall was a shopping center and busy. Great service and I reminded of the mall glory days everytime I eat

Employee at the counter wasn't completely rude, but certainly did the bare minimum. Paid $15 for a drink and a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. Small portions, sauce tasted like it came out a can and the meatballs were just sad. The silverware brought with my food was filthy.

Arrived at Noodles at 8:40pm on Monday evening. They close at 9:00pm. We walked in the unlocked front door and were told immediately that they had shut everything down and were not taking any new orders. Very disappointing. We walked right next door to Panera, which also closes at 9:00pm, and they were amazing! Friendly greeting and when we asked if they were taking orders, they looked confused and said "of course!" We had a hot melt sandwich, soup, and pasta and it was really good! So go to Panera instead of Noodles & Co.

Tried to order from their app, had it delivered by DoorDash but received the incorrect order. Called them to see if my order was there, she said yes but we close in a few minutes. I ran up to pick up my delivery, only for them to show me the order for someone else. While I was waiting for the manager to get a refund, Caitlyn? (the same girl who told me my order was there) said “This is why you shouldn’t order from DoorDash.” EXCUSE ME???? Horrible customer service and incompetence at its finest right here. 0/10. We will never be back! Management, please train your employees to shut the hell up.

Horrible customer service by the manager (Cal)Extremely rude, will be cussing in front of your kids, and talk about very inappropriate subjects very loud, definitely not coming back to this place. Go to any other noodles and company this location used to be better. I think some of the people that used to work there are gone and it shows this place when downhill.
