I never ate here so I ordered steak medium well and requested curbside. I was send a text and told to click on the link once I get there. I got there and parked in spot #3 right infront of the door. Clicked on the link and entered #3 and waited with my 2 year old in the car. After 20 min, I decided the open the door and look inside without going in since my baby is in the car alone. There was a guy right behind the door that works there. I told him I ordered and was sitting outside for 20 min and I am yet to receive my order. He asked for my name and he just said "your order is right there and you can pick up. Mind you, I said curbside delivery but they just put my order on the shelf and ignored my parking entry on the link they sent me even though I entered 3 times in the 20 min I was sitting outside. My food was cold and the cheese on the steak was rubbery. I ordered medium well and received almost rear! It was my 1st time there and it will definitely will be my last! Never will I step foot there again. Huge disappointment?

Always get great help! The food is amazing. Jaime in the bar has always been a pleasure and Loretta on the floor is our go to when we aren't sitting at the bar. Thank you so much. Jen, the manager, always has a smile and will do a 5 second check-in to see how we are doing. Outback is the highlight of our week. Keep it up!

$38 22oz porterhouse was maybe a 16oz T-bone at best that came out med rate when ordered med well. Asked for lemons 3 times and never got them. Two prime rib ordered med rate came out well done. Sent one back and came again as medium. Then 2 of the tickets were messed up. This place is a joke and an embarrassment to the organization.

I would give it zero stars if I could. My wife and I purchased a blooming onion, chicken wings, a side of fries, and a chicken tender kids meal…After getting my food, I realized the chicken still had feathers on it. My wife called the restaurant and advised that she would just like a refund for the wings and the manager (Jen) giggled and told us that “this sometimes happens because the chickens are mechanically plucked.” She then proceeded to charge me twice after I told her I used Apple Pay. I also paid $3.99 for a side of fries and got a laughable portion. I think this has ruined Outback for me and I NEVER plan on eating at this location again. If they’re willing to let food go out to there customers with feathers on them, what else is going on in the kitchen? Photos will be provided.

The Outback Steakhouse in Bloomington, MN, is nearby, but the crime at this hotel location has increased 300% since the beginning of COVID pandemic. The parking lot at the Bloomington location can be terrifying. So we had not been to Outback for awhile. The Burnsville Outback is in the end of a little strip mall and we were actually quite impressed with the decor when we arrived inside. The host greeted promptly and the choice of tables was plentiful. The place was darn near empty on a “Walkabout Wednesday”. The Walkabout Wednesday deal is $12.95 for a steak (or chicken), choice of potato, and a beverage (beer or soft drink). So we both got the strip steak, I ordered medium and she ordered medium well. They were both medium at best. Other than that snafu, the food was good and came out fast. It took forever to pay and they forgot to give us our credit card back, but eventually we got it. A mixed experience, but definitely would come back to this location.

Ordered and paid $13 for an Old Fashion while waiting for other guests to arrive. Sat at table and looked in the drink and you know if you leave a slice of orange or citrus in a glass overnight in turns to pulp…and pieces of black ground stuff was sitting at the bottom. Called server over to show her and she apologized and went to get a new drink. Came back with the same floating disgusting floaters with a cherry on a stem added. I asked for the manager and showed the stuff in the drink to him and asked if he would drink it. Nope, it looks gross. So, he said he would refund the $13 I paid at the bar, took it and had another one sent to the table. Blooming onion which I had a reward for wasn’t available so they offered another appetizer…which they charged me for. No tonic for one of my guest’s request for top shelf gin and tonic, no sweet potato fries for Mom, In the end my brother-in-law picked up the tab. I asked to see the receipt and the Old Fashion was not refunded so I had the server do so on my credit card. Didn’t look far enough as my Reward appetizer was also charged on the bill I found out later. Outback owes me for the appetizer! Oh, and btw…the table that we were first taken to was filthy dirty and had to then seat us again. Needless to say the entire experience was a complete disaster…plus the Wild lost…

Outback is one of my favorite restaurants!! ? What is it about the bread and butter they bring out right away?! It is so beyond amazing that I have to limit myself so that I have room for the rest of my food. Next, order the bloomin’ onion appetizer - you can’t go wrong! I love getting one of their many steak choices for the main course. Many tasty sides that come with it as well. The steaks are prepared so well & always at the rareness I request. I also can’t resist their super chocolatey cake/brownie dessert with ice cream. Highly recommend this for a date night, a casual lunch, or a small get together with family or friends. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! :)

Their food was delicious. It came out quickly after ordering and was hot. I thought everything had good flavor, except the seasonal veggies weren't seasoned, so they kind of stood out as blah. My husband's steak came out as ordered, and my chicken was cooked but not dry. Blooming onion was great. They give a loaf of bread with warm butter at the beginning. Very good. Service was great, not pushy or intrusive, yet there when you needed her. The bathroom was clean. Prices are higher, and I'm glad I only went with my husband and not my children.

Was an OK evening. The server was great, but he was stretched so thin that the service wasn't great. It wasn't his fault and he tried his best. There were food runners helping but all obviously new. The food was great, with huge portions and well seasoned. The place was packed and very loud. Granted, it was 6 pm on a Friday, so we could have varied our schedule a little to have it less crowded. Just think they could do a bit more to help keep the noise down. We could hardly visit with each other at the table.

It's an Outback, pretty normal menu you would expect. Some of the craft Beers here are often not in stock for some reason. Windows are kind of leaky so avoid the window seats if you can.

I hadn't been to an Outback in several years it has changed dramatically for the better. I was pleasantly Surprised. Since COVID the quality of most restaurants have gone down hill. Not the Outback in Burnsville. It was extremely busy and they had a full crew Our waitress was excellent and super friendly. The bread tasted homemade. But most importantly the ribeye was absolutely amazing. Thank you for making our eating experience so wonderful.

I hate to leave such a bad review but their food was just awful. Maybe it was an off day? The blooming onion batter was raw and goopy. I had gotten the filet and added shrimp. The filet was oddly flat and I questioned the cut. It tasted good though, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. The shrimp were so tough and fishy that I only ate one. My husband smelled one and refused to try one. The mashed potatoes were in almost a puck... you could pick up the scoop. It reminded me of potatoes from a badly-catered wedding. It's a shame because other reviews look so positive. This will be our last visit.

We went here to celebrate our engagement with family. Our waiter Travis was wonderful! He kept ours drinks filled the whole time, food was timed out perfectly and he went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience! He brought us a free dessert to celebrate and made me a napkin rose! So fun!! He’s very personable and made our experience so great!

Walked in on a Saturday without reservation and we were told it would be a 25 min wait and it was that right on the nose. We could have used the app to get on our names on the list when we were on the way but we will do that next time. Even though it's cheesy at times I find the Australian Outback theme fun. I find the puns and play on words fun. I would say the noise level is very family friendly but by no means too loud to not be able to have a clear conversation with who you are dining. I ordered a Blackberry Marti and it was delicious!! It may be on the sweet side for some but perfect for me. Next time I will be ordering the margarita flight it looked so good. I also ordered the Mac'A'Roo and Cheese from the kid's menu. They were kind enough to let me order from it. I've loved it since I was a kid. I have had issues with communication in the past where they have ordered the adult version instead but I had no problem at all this time. If this is for you the side salad is rather large so gives a great balance in proportions. My husband ordered the Ribe Eye Steak. He said it was perfectly done and great! Our wait staff (Nick and Patrick) were fantastic! Very attentive, quick, kind, and helpful. That can make all the difference in the world.

The two stars are for the service and the service only. Went for a large family birthday dinner. Extremely disappointed. Food was subpar at best. The steak I ordered was over done and small. Everything felt greasy and heavy. Our server did a great job given our large group and many requests. I won't be back and would definitely recommend checking out other local restaurants!
