The Pho is the best I've had so far in the Minneapolis area. I have lived in both Orange County Little Saigon Area and Oakland so I know good pho when I try it. It is located in an Asian grocery store so you can pick up all the standards such as fish sauce and more. The ambiance is like a typical hole in the wall restaurant and the service is great. If you're in the mood for a good bowl of pho you will not be disappointed at Pho Tempo.

Do not trust Google review. We had terrible experience today at Pho 49 today. As soon as we got there, I noticed dust all over the dining area. I wanted to leave right away, but we drove 30 mins to just eat here because we trusted the review. Pork with broken rice served cold. The server did not apologize, he just took the food from us and said "I will microwave it". Then when he came back with the food after 1 min, he said "I brought you a new one".The canned coke tasted like dirt some reason. I think their water pipe has problem.Sesame chicken tasted like dirt and sour. Why their foods taste like dirt?? They need food inspection so bad. Dining table has grey dust all over. Pho tasted like MSG condensed that made me thirsty.They charged us 18% tip for 4 people, 2 adults and two kids. Theh did not give us not much service to received my tip. They also charged 3% credit card fee. What a shame. They like to rip off their customers like that. We will not be back. We will tell all of my friends about it.Do not waste your money and time at pho 49.

They charge 3% credit card fee and they charge 18% tip when there's 4 or more people ( they count little kids too) pork came out cold, he said he brought the new one which cleary wasn't the new one. service was horrible, they don't care about service and food, just want to make tip without any effort. Super dirty, Grey dirt all over on the utensils, napkin, sauces. Nasty as hell.

The food was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. It's a grocery store but it's also super tasty. Maybe not the place to dine for a celebration or entertaining clients but perfect spot for a quick pho and the spring roll peanut sauce is infinitely better than the one they serve at Amazing Thailand. If I ever find myself hungry in Burnsville I would definitely return to Pho Tempo in the Saigon market

Egg rolls are fantastic. Pho, pork chop rice platter is better than most. Mongolian beef is one of my favorites but it is unavailable half the time. Clean place, friendly staff. I drive over 1 hour round trip a couple times per month. It's worth it.

The best traditional Vietnamese restaurant I've ever gone to, and I'm a food snob. I've brought my friends and a few members of my family because it's just so good and they love it. It's also a great price for how much you get! The pho is delicious, but U highly suggest the chicken pad Thai - to die for. The staff are so polite as well. Everything is just amazing!

Janet was our server she was nice served us with a smile, very helpful with the menu and very attentive to our needs. I ordered shrimp spring rolls and my girlfriend ordered the pork egg rolls. The shrimp rolls were great generous portion and they weren't stingy with the shrimp. We ordered pho, I had shrimp pho with chicken, and my other half got the beef pho. It was a great place to eat, quiet, great staff and best of all the Pho is great, the spring and egg rolls too.

This place was cute and service was very fast and friendly. Their crab cheese wontons were far above the norm, some of the best I have had! The pho was very good as well. We got bahn mi sandwiches to go and they held up very well, quite tasty even the next day (however mine was a bit spicy for my taste). I could definitely see this becoming my go-to pho spot in the area!
