The crust was burnt/black and should have been re-made. The pizza had a burnt/butter smell that affected the whole pizza. Both pizzas that were ordered were not cut all the way through. When going inside to pick up the order, 3 employees were standing in the back but no one acknowledged my presence in the store by looking up/making eye contact or even saying someone would be with me. This location frequently forgets sauces, drinks, etc. but this recent time was the worst overall.

I should have listened to the reviews when i see the 1 STAR ON GOOGLE but i give this store a chance , we ordered 2 large pizza and a wings. Both pizza was halfway cooked PLEASE DO NOT GO ON THIS LOCATION. Go elsewhere!

Worst customer service ever! Not only did they not deliver all the food I ordered, but when I tried calling, they picked up the phone and hung up on me right away, finally after the 7th time of me calling, I finally talk to someone, and he hung up on me in the middle of me talking. Never got a refund, never received the rest of the food I ordered. I will never order from here again. Worst customer service ever!!

We ordered a single pizza, cinnamon rolls and 2 liter of soda. Order placed at 530pm. est delivery of 610pm. Kids start watching out the window at 610 excited for their special pizza night. Get a text at 6:24pm that a doordash driver will be delivering pizza and delivery time is now estimated to be 6:39pm. Notification driver picked up pizza at 634pm now estimated delivery of 6:56pm. Pizza delivered at 646pm and of course it's not hot and we now need to reheat to eat. Cinnamon rolls are rock hard and not warm. Don't waste your time with Pizza Hut.

12/23/2023 Called in an order since your online ordering has been down for a month now. Ordered a Large 3 topping with wings and bread sticks, Pepperoni whole pizza, half sausage and half mushroom, light cheese and light sauce.Received a Large pepperoni pizza NO SAUSAGE OR MUSHROOM. Also the wings had hardly any sauce on them and so so small too. I felt like Kevin from Home Alone didn't get the pizza I ordered.Tried calling multiple times and the line rang for over 8 minutes each time. I guess no one cares to answer the phone at the store. I did everything I could beside getting back in my car and driving over for a new pizza.Now I understand why the ratings are so low for this location. Well now I know I will be going else where for pizza. Never again at this location.

Our delivery driver refused to leave the pizza at the door and spoke to my friend in an incredibly rude way on the phone after. This was after an hour and a half of waiting (they said it would be 30 minutes). They refused to refund the delivery fee and wouldn’t honor the carry out special upon us having to drive in ourselves and pick up our own delivery. Every person we talked to was rude and unhelpful I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
It's a shame you can't even get ahold of the actual store without being put through the ringer with the stupid call center. Also, the app is broken, so you can't even get the deals. wish I could leave 0 stars
