The person we spoke with on the phone who claimed to be the manager was yelling at my wife and myself and saying that we were wrong and what we ordered. And he also hung up on my wife. Extremely poor customer service, but great pizza.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called to order a pizza. The guy who answered was rude refused to take my order and hung up. I was trying to order for the first time for my company. The guy who answered said I was on a "Do not take order list" then immediately hung up. I called back thinking it was a joke, he was rude. I tried asking how would I even get on that list or if I could speak to a manager. He hung up. So I called Eagan pizza man and placed my order there and was told there is no such list that Burnsville pizza man was just being lazzy not wanting to take my order. Pretty shocking experience to go through. Im a middle aged guy, zero criminal history, my credit score is even great. To be treated like that is beyond me. I honestly would even trust a business that hostile to make a pizza, the quality of a product typically matches the quality of service. In a world full of inflation and hardship with business trying to survive you should treat people better, and kinder.

Pizza Man has officially become our favorite pizza place in Minnesota. Absolutely perfect! The Pizza Man Deluxe is our go to and never disappoints!
I always order from the circle pines location. I recently move here to Burnsville. I was excited to find a location close to me. I assumed it would be the same quality of pizza as circle pines WOW was I wrong. Your pizza and Italian fries were awful. I could've got a better frozen pizza at the gas station. Will never be ordering from this location again.

If I were, I wouldn’t go to Pizza Man. Since they let the meat sit in make line over night after they’re closed that can either break out or get accidentally unplug from cleaning the night before. They don’t clean w their ovens, let their employees wear shirts in the kitchen instead of paint. So if they burnt by an oven or by dropping a someone pizza on the floor. The company isn’t at fault, which is bad for business and employment. Even the employees handle raw with their bare hands without washing them afterwards and still continue making your pizza. The store it self had been flooded multiple times and you can see the evidence of it, if you walk back into the kitchen. Which can be bad for peoples health, because you don’t know what’s underneath all of the water damage.

The pizza is always great! Thin crust is crunchy thin, yet it holds up the generous amount of toppings. Everything tastes fresh, and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. I'm there once a week now and they know me by name.Parking: Parking is right out front, and there are always spaces available.
We've been a customer for more than 20 years. The only pizza we found in the area that can compare to thin crust Chicago pizza where we are from.

Just moved to the area and was looking for pizza. Found them online and due to phone issues I had to call in my order. I ordered the Pizza Man Special which had the exact toppings that I wanted. The Pizza Man where I used to live only had deluxe with more toppings that cost more. The place was busy when I stopped by and I was early so I waited. I was able to watch my pizza come out of the oven and get cut. It was so hot I almost burned my fingers on the box. When I got home and was eating the pizza, I was in heaven! The crust was thin as I like it yet strong enough to hold the generous toppings it had on it. The sauce was great, not too sweet and just the right amount and the toppings were tasty. The place was quite busy with drivers coming and going and people picking up orders. I will be back and this will now be my go to for pizza. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience all around and look forward to many pizzas in the future. Thanks!
