I am a decades long red lobster customer and fan. But not anymore. This location is the worst I have been to in the 25 years I have been going to red lobster. It all starts from the top. The customer service is non existent. I had two birthdays in a row where I ordered to go and ended up with forgotten items, and items not prepared correctly. Both times I called back and complained, both times they said they took my name and information down, and both times I received nothing in the mailand when I went in they said they had no record of my issues. The first time I forgave, but the second time it was clear the manager was lying to me on the phone both times. Never going back because I like my health and undercooked fish is not acceptable.

Met up with some guys for lunch. To bad they dont have any lunch specials on the weekends. Order lobster dip and calamari appetizers, and both were really tasty. I ordered the stuffed flounder it was really good, i would order it again. Fish and chips were ordered by one, he said it was good, but could get same at culvers for cheaper. The other ordered steak n lobster, to which he enjoyed, and he also added mushrooms and onions. They up charge for salada as a side now af 2.99, so no one opted for a salad. Overall the food was good, but very pricey. For 3 was $125 bucks, so it was an expensive lunch. Service was good, all the food was hot n fresh. For a once in a bluemoon visit, it's not bad. It just wouldn't be a place i would frequent often.

Red Lobster is the suburbs seafood shack. This location needs a refresh. It is currently lobster fest. The lobster tails were as expected but it just feels like the whole did it done it been there... not great but okay. Think I will save some money and go ot the New England states for fresh seafood.

Dined in on 3-17-24. Our server Melanie table 19. I spent a total of 97.57. Tip I added was $10.00 for a total of 107.57. I normally tip more but today our service was poor. My wife wanted to walk out since no one greeted us for 15+ minutes. Another waitress from the other end of the restaurant even came over to ask if we have been helped yet and we said no. So about 4 days later I went to check my credit card online which I saw I was billed for 112.57. I called and talked to a manager here. She went to check the receipt and texted me the picture of the receipt and said, yes you did tip 15 bucks for a total of 112.57. I take a look at the picture. Surely enough it was not my signature and not my handwriting on the receipt. In this case , it’s not about a tip or im fussing about the 5 bucks extra tip added on. It’s about honesty. The manager was helpful and credited me back 20 dollars. I’ve dined in here many times and have had no issues besides this particular day. Also, to prove that my signature was forged on 3-17-24.If you can go back and check the system. I dined in on11-12-23 spent 113.73 and 10-15-23 spent 108.18.Check the system and see. If you keep receipts and can go back to look. Check those dates to match it to 3-17-24.I guarantee my signatures on those two dates will not match to this forged fake signature on 3-17-24.Now if you dine in there- take a photo of your tip just in case you run into an issue like I did. I DO NOT want this to happen to anyone else! Thanks for reading.

The lobster flatbread was disgusting. Soft limp crust with a mushy sauce and hardly any lobster pieces on it...the few pieces of lobster that were on it were very chewy. The prices have gone way up. I'm done with Red Lobster.

Silverware was dirty when I unrolled it. They've discontinued the crab linguini alfredo due to quality issues so I opted for the lunch soup and salad.Caesar salad was covered in dressing, but somehow was still bland. Lettuce had clear brown spots on most of the pieces, despite the dressing.Soup was alright but also on the bland side. The biscuits were the biggest disappointment. Their texture was off and were incredibly greasy. They tasted as if they were old and stale. Server said the company has changed how they hot/hold them which degrades the quality.
