Arrived at 8:50pm in drive through. No answer. Parked in parking lot and looked up hours. Says 9pm. There's staff inside. Doors are locked. Staff says we are closed. We point to the 9pm hours posted on the door and they still say they are closed. I work in this line of work as a store owner and those 2 males if they would be on my staff would be fired instantly! Unprofessional and disgraceful.

At 6:30 pm the app said that mobile ordering wasn't available but that the store was open until 8:30. So I went . . . Like a dummy. There were cones blocking off the drive thru. I don't know if the inside was in fact open but I wasnt unstrapping the toddler in that case. Thankful the other location on 42 was open. I've always had great interactions here and my order is always right but if the store is closed the app should reflect it!

Why did this store open if they can’t keep it staffed? What’s going on? They are never open, not only in the morning but randomly. 9am closed, 3pm closed. It’s a toss up if they will be open or not.

My drink had a fruit fly in it. Left and came right back after noticing and they were temporarily closed. Needless to say, I then had nothing to drink. No refund. No gift card. No remaking of the drink without a fruit fly. Very upset.

Is this place not giving red cups today? I came in at 8.45 m (they opened at 8.30), got a caramel brulee latte and hot cocoa but never received a holiday cup. Didn't think about it until now

"Temporarily Closed" all the time. you never know when. they don't ever put signs out so you sit in line for 20 min stuck between everyone. awful. never going to this location

This place is "temporarily closed" half the time. Days, mornings, evenings...does not matter. No rhyme or reason to when it's closed. Some of us have to drive 15 min to get to a Starbucks! So...everyone waits in line until they have figured out, no one is there ( putting up a big sign or cones must be "too much") & they drive to the other Burnsville location which is horribly slow. I am a daily espresso drinker & have switched to other brands due to thus. Very unfortunate...

Went to this store and ordered 2 venti iced white mochas. Doors were open and unlocked, husband went in to place an order, the guy at the register refused to give us a receipt and then told my husband to wait outside for the drinks and proceeded to LOCK the door. If you are going to close down the lobby, at least lock the doors behind the people who are already in there and let them get their drinks don’t kick them out in the cold after they have already PAID. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never come to this one again. Will stick with the one down the road or the ones in the apple valley.
