I went to this location and had a terrible experience. The employees were fighting and making everyone feel threatened and unsafe. They didn’t have the meats for the sandwiches we ordered and all the meat and veggies were freezer burned. I reached out to corporate and the store manager and they did nothing to address the bad experience. I am appalled and will not be returning to this store ever again.

Got to this location at 10:53 on a Friday night when they close at 11. Usually I’m not a last minute customer because I understand working retail, but I worked both my jobs back to back and then took my daughter to urgent care so had a long day and needed a quick dinner. The open sign was still on, but the front door was locked. The guy working was behind the counter and then walked in the back to not acknowledge me. He stayed back there until 11 and then turned off the lights and the open sign. I was happy this location was open until 11 after the day I had, but this was a huge let down! I worked from 830am-9pm, then was in urgent care with my sick child. Just unbelievable, but after reading the other reviews it makes sense.

This Subway is a classic case of failure by owner/management. I would have a few choice words for the owner/management instead of pointing the finger at the poor young lady behind the counter at dinner rush working by herself. I made sure to wait politely with my children for my online order and buy just a bag of chips so I could give her an extra tip. She’s the only one that showed up to work and I sure as hell didn’t see the manager/owner there to help.

This is the second time in the last two months I have ordered from this subway location and had a horrible experience. I was charged for and never received fresh mozzarella BOTH times. Both of the sandwiches we order were missing other ingredients. This time I arrived when it said my order was ready (6:05) and waited around until 6:20 when they finally finished my order, just to get home and find terrible sandwiches. The staff was incredibly rude both times. I had to run out and get us something else for dinner because of the terrible quality of our order. I never heard a word after submitting a grievance last time and was never refunded. I would never recommend this subway again. Unbelievable.

Don't bother going here. They take so long to get your order even when you order ahead of time. Last time I went I had to get a refund because they had nothing prepped and it was only 7pm. The manager came into the store with a tequila bottle in her hand. They are so unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money going there.

Worse experience here. Walked in and greeted the gal working there 9/27/2023 and she did not greet me back. I get it she was setting up bread but you should greet you customer when they walk in. Didn't ask me what I wanted to eat but continued her thing. She finally asked me for my order. Pop machine was broken and didn't even have Chipotle southwest sauce. She was lucky I even ordered otherwise I was ready to walk out that door. Didn't even apologize for anything. What kind of customer service was that?

Worst Subway location. This is the third time ordering from there and the second time they have screwed up my sandwich and forgot my chips. The sandwich I received tonight did not have the toppings on it that I ordered but a bunch of toppings I didn't order.
