Summary: tiny kids portions, raw burger, understaffed.The manager of this branch has some work to do. I was running late after work and my family was starving to I decided to bring home some meals. I got 2 kids chicken meals and 2 bacon cheese burgers for $60 including a tip. When i went in to pick up there were 2 bags sitting there and i didnt know if both were mine, i waited around for an employee but no one was there so i took both and left. I rushed home...only to find the chicken tenders were TINY! Like when you get to the bottom of the bag and all that's left are crumbs - the biggest one was the size of my thumb. My kids ate everything and were still hungry. Our burgers looked good... until we bit in and they were raw and cold inside. Save your money, my friends.

I came here with friends today. We ordered a few appitizers. We ordered the chip dip sampler and regular chips and salsa. I ordered blackened fish and chips for my meal. It was yummy. I really enjoyed their French fries. I would enjoy coming back here again.

I am literally at the restaurant right now typing this review in between courses because I am so unbelievably impressed with the service we have recieved from Jan and Paul. We came in at about 10 pm with 3 kids (two of which were hangry.... with tears). Jan came to our table right away without judgement and got all of kids smiling and appetizers promptly out. She was quick to get orders and drinks as well as refills. The food has been fresh and delicious. And she has answered every question with enthusiasm. When I asked for a manager, Paul was over within a minute of the request and before even hearing praise was at eye level and invested in whatever we had to say. I am so completely impressed with the service and food here. I also inquired about a special being offered and our server Jan notified me of a better promotion that would serve us better. The unprompt honesty was very touching. She continued to engage in conversation with our kids as well. Our food just arrived and is smoking hot. Looks delicious!

I used to eat here fairly regularly. Unfortunately, this place has not survived the pandemic very well. The menu is fairly limited compared to the past. But the appetizers were decent, albeit bland. The staff appears to want to be somewhere else, including the manager.For a Saturday dinner service, there were very few customers. So if you are looking for some place quiet,this would be good.But it seems to be struggling.Parking: The parking lot is in very rough shape and needs repaving.

The tea was not very good at all. When the food came out the fries were cold. The fish was soggy and the whiskey chicken was rubbery. The server was very polite when I disliked the tea and asked him to take it away.

The food was okay, but nothing special. Steak was supposed to be garlic butter but didn't come with any. The potatoes were dry and didn't come with butter. I think that they were having a butter shortage.

I like the ribs there, but the waitress treated me very badly, made inappropriate comments and literally made me cry, I don't remember her name but she was lightskined with curly hair and a lot of makeup.

Some of the absolute worst ‘food’ I’ve ever eaten. It’s evident what I ordered was all previously frozen. How anyone takes pride serving this to people is beyond my comprehension. And the fact that they’re trying to charge around $20 per entree is borderline criminal. Had I paid $5 for what I received I’d still be utterly disappointed.

The food was disgusting. Like microwaved chicken. Service was slow, but they were nice. We did see a lot of staff going out for breaks. This chain has gone downhill drastically, or maybe it's just the Burnsville location.

Slow night so atmosphere was quiet which is fine for myself but service and food were great. Friendly and professional staff and checked on table without being invasive and staff deserves compliment for the hard work and service they provided.
